A IMPORTÂNCIA DA COBERTURA NA EFICIÊNCIA DO PROCESSO DE DESAGUAMENTO DE LODO DE ETA EM LEITOS DE DRENAGEM
A aplicação de cobertura em leitos no Brasil, embora existente, carece de critérios técnicos e científicos. Analisando-se as implantações de cobertura existentes, observa-se que, obviamente, buscou-se acima de tudo construir espécie de proteção contra umidade proveniente de precipitação. Dessa forma, percebe-se que não se oportunizou a implantação de coberturas também com finalidade de obter ganhos de evaporação em dias não chuvosos, mas tão somente de proteger os leitos da entrada de água de chuva. Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar os resultados de uma série de estudos com a finalidade de uso de coberturas.

Abstract:
The application of coverage in beds in Brazil, although existing, lacks technical and scientific criteria. Analyzing the existing roofing installations, it is observed that, obviously, it was sought above all to build a kind of protection against humidity from precipitation. Thus, it is clear that there was no opportunity for the implementation of covers also with the purpose of obtaining gains in evaporation on non-rainy days, but only to protect the beds from the entry of rainwater. This work aims to present the results of a series of studies with the purpose of using coverings.
