A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ATUAÇÃO DA ENFERMAGEM NA PREVENÇÃO DO CÂNCER DE MAMA:UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
Introdução: O câncer de mama é uma doença causada pela multiplicação desordenada de células da mama. A Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), enfatiza que as ações de prevenção no cuidado com as condições crônicas, destaca que é possível prevenir a maioria destas, e que, assim, toda a interação de saúde deve incluir a prevenção. Objetivo: Desse modo, o presente trabalho aborda a importância das ações de enfermagem para a prevenção do câncer de mama. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada nas bases de dados: Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), na Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). Resultados: Com relação às bases de dados nas quais os artigos foram selecionados, a base de dados Lilacs destacou-se como a base com maior quantitativo de artigos indexados, no entanto, apenas oito artigos compuseram a amostra por responderem ao questionamento do estudo. Scielo foi a base de dados que apresentou o maior número de artigos, doze, que atenderam aos critérios estabelecidos no estudo. Conclusão: De acordo com os estudos referenciados, constatou-se que, para intervir nos fatores modificáveis do câncer de mama, assim como, no fator genético é necessária a mudança dos hábitos que contribuem para o agravo da doença. Para tanto, a educação em saúde deve ser priorizada pelo enfermeiro, enfatizando a importância de hábitos saudáveis. Entretanto, é indiscutível que a prevenção do câncer é uma prática possível.

Abstract:
Introduction: Breast cancer is a disease caused by the disordered multiplication of breast cells. The World Health Organization (WHO), emphasizes that preventive actions in the care of chronic conditions, highlights that it is possible to prevent most of these, and that, thus, all health interactions must include prevention. Objective: Thus, the present study addresses the importance of nursing actions for the prevention of breast cancer. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review, carried out in the databases: Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), in the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO). Results: Regarding the databases in which the articles were selected, the Lilacs database stood out as the database with the highest number of indexed articles, however, only eight articles made up the sample for responding to the study's questioning. Scielo was the database that presented the largest number of articles, twelve, which met the criteria established in the study. Conclusion: According to the studies referenced, it was found that, in order to intervene in the changeable factors of breast cancer, as well as in the genetic factor, it is necessary to change the habits that contribute to the disease. Therefore, health education must be prioritized by nurses, emphasizing the importance of healthy habits. However, it is indisputable that cancer prevention is a possible practice.
