A IMPORTÂNCIA DA APROXIMAÇÃO DOS ACADÊMICOS DE MEDICINA DA UFPA COM A POPULAÇÃO DE RUA PARA A FORMAÇÃO ÉTICA E HUMANIZADA
O número de pessoas vivendo em situação de rua tem sido crescente. A exposição a fatores ambientais e sociais permite que esses indivíduos se tornem mais vulneráveis a adoecimentos, necessitando de maior atenção à saúde. O Sistema Único de Saúde, tem assistido a esse grupo por meio de políticas de atenção a pessoa em situação de rua. O objetivo deste estudo foi descrever, sobre a perspectiva dos acadêmicos do curso de Medicina da Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA), a atuação e manejo da equipe de consultório na rua do município de Belém, a atenção a saúde dispensados a população em situação de rua nos entornos do Mercado Francisco Bolonha e a contribuição que experiência agregou para a qualidade da formação médica. A experiência ocorreu durante a aula prática da disciplina Atenção Integral a Saúde, ocorrida no Consultório na Rua. Foi possível identificar a situação de vulnerabilidade em que vivem as pessoas em situação de rua e como a equipe de saúde tem desempenhado o acompanhamento das pessoas e seus desafios frente ao cuidado com o grupo em questão. Além da contribuição para a formação médica, que proporcionou aos alunos aprendizado sobre a política de atenção a pessoa em situação de rua, aproximação com a realidade e a contribuição na desconstrução do modelo biomédico e fortalecimento da relação médico paciente.

Abstract:
The number of people living on the streets has been increasing. Exposure to environmental and social factors allows these individuals to become more vulnerable to illness, requiring greater health care. The Unified Health System, has been assisting this group through policies of attention to the homeless. The objective of this study was to describe, from the perspective of the medical students at Federal University of Pará (UFPA), the performance and management of the office team on the street in the city of Belém, the health care provided to the population in a situation of around the Francisco Bolonha Market and the contribution that experience has added to the quality of medical training. The experience occurred during the practical class of the discipline Comprehensive Health Care, which took place at the clinic in the street. It was possible to identify the situation of vulnerability in which people living on the streets have and how the health team has been monitoring people and their challenges in terms of caring for the group in question. In addition to the contribution to medical training, which provided students with learning about the policy of care for people on the street, approximation with reality and the contribution to deconstructing the biomedical model and strengthening the doctor-patient relationship.
