A IMPORTÂNCIA DA ANÁLISE ERGONÔMICA NA PREVENÇÃO DE RISCOS OCUPACIONAIS DE TRADUTORES INTÉRPRETES DE LIBRAS
As alterações que ocorrem no mundo do trabalho causam impactos diretos nos aspectos físicos, cognitivos, sociais, interpessoais e políticos nos trabalhadores. Dessa forma, faz-se importante conduzir discussões a respeito dessas modificações. Sendo assim, objetiva-se identificar a importância da análise ergonômica do trabalho para prevenção de riscos ocupacionais e ergonômicos em Tradutores Interpretes de Libras (TILS). Para compreender as discussões, este trabalho caracteriza-se como uma revisão narrativa as quais. utilizam fontes de informações bibliográficas ou eletrônicas para obtenção de resultados de pesquisas de outros autores, com o objetivo de fundamentar teoricamente um determinado objetivo. A partir das pesquisas, observa-se que os TILS possuem uma demanda de trabalho excessiva, o que acarreta principalmente em agravos a saúde física e mental, necessitando dessa forma de acompanhamento de profissionais da saúde que realizem acompanhamento e análise ergonômica do trabalho. Além disso, nota-se que se precisa muito avançar em legislações que amparem estes profissionais. Conclui-se que, esses profissionais estão cada vez mais presentes no sistema educacional, sendo assim, é importante estudos sobre riscos ergonômicos tanto no âmbito de mobiliários, quanto das relações e o ambiente que cercam o TILS durante a execução das suas atividades laborais. Além disso, é necessário que haja acompanhamento por parte das instâncias competentes, visando maiores legislações e mais cuidado perante a esse trabalhador.

Abstract:
The changes that occur in the world of work have a direct impact on the physical, cognitive, social, interpersonal and political aspects of workers. Thus, it is important to conduct discussions regarding these changes. Thus, the objective is to identify the importance of ergonomic work analysis for the prevention of occupational and ergonomic risks in Libras Interpreting Translators (TILS). To understand the discussions, this work is characterized as a narrative review which. they use sources of bibliographic or electronic information to obtain research results from other authors, in order to theoretically base a given objective. From the research, it is observed that the TILS have an excessive demand for work, which causes mainly physical and mental health problems, requiring this form of monitoring of health professionals who carry out monitoring and ergonomic analysis of work. In addition, it is noted that much progress is needed in legislation to support these professionals. It is concluded that these professionals are increasingly present in the educational system, therefore, it is important to study ergonomic risks both in the realm of furniture, as well as in the relationships and the environment that surround TILS during the performance of their work activities. In addition, there is a need for monitoring by the competent bodies, aiming at greater legislation and more care towards this worker.
