A IMPLICABILIDADE DA FALTA DE SANEAMENTO BASICO NA QUALIDADE DE VIDA E NA SAUDE DA MULHER.
O tema do artigo trata da construção histórica do saneamento básico no Brasil
e de como sua ausência ou precário acesso implicam nas condições de vida das
mulheres. Sobretudo, aquelas que vivem em condições de pobreza, sob a privação
material de acesso a bens e serviços, que se agudizam em regiões de fronteiras. Sob essa
perspectiva, destaca-se o saneamento básico imbricado ao conjunto de direitos humanos
e sociais, cuja violação persistente, incide diretamente na saúde da mulher. Estas
reflexões foram fundamentadas pela pesquisa bibliográfica, desenvolvida no Projeto de
Iniciação Científica, vinculado ao Programa de Educação Tutorial – PET: Serviço
Social – Meio Ambiente e o Uso Sustentável dos Recursos Naturais 1 , intitulado:
Relação da Desigualdade de Gênero, Saneamento Básico e Serviço Social. O mesmo
problematiza a questão ambiental, muitas vezes ocultada em decorrência de interesses
políticos, mas que explicita a precarização das condições de vida da população,
desencadeada pela violação do direito ao saneamento básico, e que, consequentemente,
ocasiona a ampliação dos gastos com a saúde em decorrência da proliferação de
doenças virais em regiões que apresentam uma fragilidade na gestão e execução de
políticas sociais, de caráter público e de participação democrática da sociedade. Como
resultado deste processo, o estudo denuncia que a falta de acesso ao saneamento básico, atinge prioritariamente as mulheres autodeclaradas pardas, indígenas e pretas no Brasil, exigindo respostas no âmbito do Estado na efetivação dos direitos fundamentais, conforme citado na Declaração de Direitos Humanos Emergentes, como o
enfrentamento às desigualdades e violência de gênero.

Abstract:
The theme and objective of the article deals with the historical construction
of basic sanitation and how the lack of access to it affects mainly the living conditions
and rights of women. Above all, those most intensely involved in vulnerable conditions
and who live in poverty and in border regions. From this perspective, it seeks todirectly interferes with the dignified quality of life and women's health. It is pointed out in this construction, which will be done in a bibliographic way, some statistics raised by official research bodies and which show, in their analysis, the issue of gender oppression. The Voluntary Scientific Initiation Project - ICV: Relationship of gender inequality, basic sanitation and Social Work, problematizes socioenvironmental issues that are often hidden due to political interests but which are extremely important for the quality of life conditions of the Latin population -american, among them, the implications triggered by the lack of access and guarantee to basic sanitation causes health spending to highlight how the lack of guarantee of this fundamental right and its persistent violation increase more and more due to the proliferation of viral diseases in regions with fragile guarantee of execution of public policies and management democratic. A problematization that denounces the lack of access to basic sanitation that primarily affects self-declared brown, indigenous and black women in Brazil. The challenges to the realization of fundamental rights are enormous, as mentioned in the Declaration of Emerging Human Rights, addressing gender inequalities and violence.
