A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO E A EFETIVIDADE DAS POLÍTICAS EDUCACIONAIS NO SISTEMA PRISIONAL BRASILEIRO
O presente trabalho aborda a implementação e a efetivação das políticas educacionais dentro do sistema prisional brasileiro. Trazendo o debate sobre a importância da educação como mecanismo fundamental para ressocialização do preso e analisando a assistência educacional como direito através de diversas legislações atuais. Como eixo principal está às diversas barreiras existentes dentro das unidades penitenciárias que cooperam para que essa educação não se viabilize para pessoas que vivem no contexto de encarceramento. A discussão do tema proporciona enfatizar a relevância de levantarmos debates e reflexões constantes para que a questão possa ser reconhecida por toda sociedade, e que possamos evidenciar a análise de dados atualizados que acarretem a inclusão do assunto insuficientemente debatido e questionado por toda coletividade explicitando assim a necessidade do entendimento da verdadeira função das prisões.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the implementation and effectiveness of educational policies within the Brazilian prison system. Bringing the debate on the importance of education as a fundamental mechanism for social rehabilitation of the prisoner and analyzing educational assistance as a right through several current legislation. As the main axis is the various barriers within the prison units that cooperate to that education not be viable for people living in the incarceration of context.The theme of the discussion provides emphasize the relevance of stand up debates and constant reflections so that the issue can be recognized throughout society, and we can show the updated data analysis which entails the inclusion of insufficiently debated issue and questioned throughout society thus making explicit the need to understand the true function of prisons.
