A IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE UM PROJETO DE EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE SOBRE CUIDADOS OFTALMOLÓGICOS: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
A prevalência dos acometimentos oftalmológicos e os seus quadros de instalação potencialmente evitáveis ou tratáveis os caracterizam como extremamente relevantes. Disso, emerge a significância de projetos de educação em saúde que visam fomentar cuidados oftalmológicos em diversos componentes sociais. Fundamentando-se nisso, esse trabalho objetiva relatar a experiência da implementação de um projeto de conscientização dessa natureza.

Abstract:
The prevalence of ophthalmologic disorders and their potentially preventable or treatable conditions are extremely relevant. From this emerges the significance of health education projects that aim promote eye healthcare in various social components. Therefore, this paper aims to report the experience of implementing such an awareness project of this nature.
