A IMPLANTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA AGILIZA-SE NA JUNTA COMERCIAL DO ESTADO DE SERGIPE

O Presente artigo tem por finalidade compreender a nova realidade das Juntas Comerciais em uma sociedade mais moderna e atualizada, que precisa de agilidade e segurança para realizar os procedimentos de abertura de um empreendimento, seja ele de pequeno, médio ou grande porte, em um ambiente marcado pela alta competividade. Dentro desta perspectiva, o artigo tem como destaque o sistema AGILIZA-SE da Junta Comercial do Estado de Sergipe, que busca a à atualização sistêmica, junto com a informatização, e para melhor compreender esse sistema, será realizada uma contextualização acerca das Juntas Comerciais, seu processo de modernização por meio de novas Leis e Decretos, até a implantação do mesmo no Estado e os seus resultados, buscando deixar claro que havendo a desburocratização no país impacta em âmbitos capazes de alavancar o crescimento de maneira direta.

  • Abstract: This article aims to understand the new reality of Commercial Boards in a more modern and updated society, which needs agility and security to carry out the procedures for opening a business, whether small, medium or large, in an environment marked by high competitiveness. Within this perspective, the article highlights the AGILIZA-SE system of the Commercial Board of the State of Sergipe, which seeks systemic updating, together with computerization. To better understand this system, a contextualization will be made about the Commercial Boards, their modernization process through new Laws and Decrees, until its implementation in the State and its results, seeking to make it clear that the debureaucratization in the country impacts areas capable of leveraging growth in a direct manner.
