A HUMANIZAÇÃO EM UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
RESUMO: Humanizar significa tornar humano, dar condição humana, humanar e, ainda mais, significa tornar-se benévolo, afável, tratável. Humanizar a saúde compreende o respeito à unicidade de cada pessoa, personalizando a assistência. Assim, é oportuno repensar as ações em saúde neste âmbito, visando à humanização da assistência em unidade de terapia intensiva neonatal, pautada no atendimento das necessidades de todos os agentes envolvidos neste processo. Este cuidado pode propor, aos pacientes, melhora significativa de seu desenvolvimento e crescimento, diminuindo o estresse causado pelo ambiente em geral, além de contribuir para a sobrevida dos indivíduos. OBJETIVOS: Identificar na literatura atual, as práticas de humanização dentro do ambiente de Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTIN). MÉTODOS: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, realizada nas bases PubMed, Scielo e Lilasc, com artigos publicados em português e inglês, no período de 2016 a 2020, sendo excluídas as pesquisas que fogem da temática de interesse, além de artigos incompletos. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: De 20 artigos encontrados, 12 foram inicialmente selecionados e após análise criteriosa com base nos critérios de inclusão apenas 10 artigos foram incluídos. Os artigos abordados destacaram ações a serem preconizadas para proporcionar uma assistência mais humanizada, procurando minimizar as consequências pelo tempo de internação associado a prematuridade na UTIN e promovendo maior conforto ao recém-nascido (RN). CONCLUSÃO: Enfatiza-se que esse cuidado não deve ser apenas um conceito, mas uma prática baseada na valorização do humano e da singularidade e implementado de forma efetiva na assistência ao RN internado em UTIN.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Humanizing means becoming human, giving human condition, humanizing and, even more, means becoming benevolent, affable, treatable. Humanizing health comprises respect for the uniqueness of each person, customizing care. Thus, it is opportune to rethink health actions in this context, aiming at the humanization of care in a neonatal intensive care unit, based on meeting the needs of all agents involved in this process. This care can propose, to patients, a significant improvement in their development and growth, reducing the stress caused by the environment in general, besides contributing to the survival of individuals. OBJECTIVES: To identify in the current literature the practices of humanization within the environment of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). METHODS: This is a systematic review of the literature, conducted in PubMed, Scielo and Lilasc databases, with articles published in Portuguese and English, in the period from 2016 to 2020, excluding studies that are outside the theme of interest, in addition to incomplete articles. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Of the 20 articles found, 12 were initially selected and after careful analysis based on inclusion criteria, only 10 articles were included. The articles addressed highlighted actions to be recommended to provide more humanized care, seeking to minimize the consequences for the length of hospitalization associated with prematurity in the NICU and promoting greater comfort to the newborn (NB). CONCLUSION: It is emphasized that this care should not only be a concept, but a practice based on the valorization of the human being and the singularity and implemented effectively in the care of newborns hospitalized in nicu.
