A GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO NO PROCESSO DE APRENDIZAGEM EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
O processo de aprendizagem é complexo, pois envolve processos psicológicos, cognitivos, afetivos entre outros de um indivíduo. Ele não funciona de maneira igualitária para todos. Uma maneira de auxiliar um educador em seu processo de ensino, para que seus alunos obtenham da melhor maneira a aprendizagem, está nas ferramentas que a Gestão do Conhecimento (GC). O objetivo deste estudo é entender se a utilização das ferramentas da GC no processo de aprendizagem durante a pandemia podem agregar benefícios e proporcionar maior compartilhamento de conhecimento para as instituições durante o ensino remoto.

Abstract:
The learning process is complex, as it involves psychological, cognitive, affective and other processes of an individual. It doesn't work equally for everyone. One way to help an educator in his teaching process, so that his students get the best possible learning, is in the tools that Knowledge Management (KM). The objective of this study is to understand whether the use of KM tools in the learning process during the pandemic can add benefits and provide greater knowledge sharing for institutions during remote teaching.
