A FUNÇÃO DA ESPIRITUALIDADE E DA RELIGIÃO NA RESSOCIALIZAÇÃO DOS RECUPERANDOS DA ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PROTEÇÃO E ASSISTÊNCIA AOS CONDENADOS DE PARACATU-MG
Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar, ressaltar e analisar a importância da espiritualidade e da religião para a ressocialização dos reclusos da Associação de Proteção e Assistência aos Condenados (APAC) do centro de ressocialização de Paracatu-MG. A APAC de Paracatu originou-se do conjunto de esforços da comunidade civil organizada, da Justiça estadual mineira, da maçonaria, das igrejas cristãs, notadamente da Igreja Católica (Diocese de Paracatu), visando construir um centro de ressocialização de reclusos com base na metodologia fundada pelo jornalista e jurista Mário Ottoboni em notável expansão no Brasil e no exterior. Essa metodologia apaqueana tem como base, dentre outras características, a espiritualidade e a religião e possui relevância na queda drástica de reincidência criminal dos recuperandos egressos. Vale salientar que todos os internos da APAC possuem uma religião ou exercem alguma espiritualidade de uma forma ou de outra durante o período de reclusão ou detenção tendo em vista que, para adentrar na APAC, o recluso, por meio de seus advogados, assinam consentimento e requerimento ao juiz de execuções penais de que possuem e/ou exercerão a religião ou a espiritualidade dentro da APAC. Metodologicamente far-se-á pesquisa de campo exploratório-descritiva utilizando entrevistas, por meio de questionários semiestruturados, visando identificar os fatos e os fenômenos religiosos apaqueanos, bem como seus reflexos e importâncias na ressocialização dos internos dentro do método fenomenológico. Certamente que diálogos com a educação, a psicologia, a antropologia e a sociologia da religião serão utilizadas. Entre os resultados da pesquisa mostrar-se-á a taxonomia dos fenômenos religiosos apaqueanos, bem como do método APAC para a recuperação e ressocialização dos internos evidenciando, de forma conclusiva, o relevante e imanente campo para as ciências da religião e a indicação de caminhos para a solução de problemas do sistema penitenciário brasileiro.

Abstract:
This work aims to identify, highlight and analyze the importance of spirituality and religion for the re-socialization of prisoners from the Association of Protection and Assistance to Convicts (APAC) of the re-socialization center of Paracatu-MG. The APAC of Paracatu originated from the set of efforts of the organized civil community, of the State Justice of Minas Gerais, of Freemasonry, of the Christian churches, notably the Catholic Church (Diocese of Paracatu), aiming to build a center for the re-socialization of prisoners based on the methodology founded by journalist and jurist Mário Ottoboni in a notable expansion in Brazil and abroad. This Apaquean methodology is based, among other characteristics, on spirituality and religion and has relevance in the drastic fall of criminal recidivism of recovered graduates. It is worth mentioning that all inmates of APAC have a religion or exercise some spirituality in one way or another during the period of imprisonment or detention, given that, to enter APAC, the inmate, through their lawyers, sign consent and request to the judge of criminal executions that they possess and / or will exercise religion or spirituality within APAC. Methodologically, exploratory-descriptive field research will be carried out using interviews, through semi-structured questionnaires, aiming to identify the facts and the Apaquean religious phenomena, as well as their reflexes and importance in the resocialization of the interns within the phenomenological method. Certainly, dialogues with education, psychology, anthropology and the sociology of religion will be used. Among the results of the research, the taxonomy of Apaquean religious phenomena will be shown, as well as the APAC method for the recovery and resocialization of inmates, evidencing, in a conclusive way, the relevant and immanent field for the sciences of religion and the indication of paths for the solution of problems in the Brazilian prison system.
