A FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: UM ESTUDO QUE DIALOGA COM A EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA
A formação de professores torna-se a cada dia, um assunto relevante a se pesquisar, principalmente no que se refere à educação de pessoas com deficiência, pois tem-se encontrado muitos professores que ainda se dizem despreparados para o trabalho com esses estudantes. Tendo em vista que, a permanência desses sujeitos em ambientes comuns a todos é um direito inalienável, é fundamental que se pense na formação do professor, pois este terá a missão de oferecer aos estudantes, uma educação de qualidade. No que se refere ao professor que leciona, na Educação Profissional, o assunto é ainda mais premente, pois esta é uma área ainda pouco pesquisada. O presente artigo foi realizado através de uma pesquisa qualitativa, com o objetivo de realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica, que possa trazer elucidações a respeito desse tema. Foram pesquisados vários autores das áreas da Educação Inclusiva, Educação Profissional e Formação de Professores, além de documentos oficiais do Ministério da Educação e várias outras legislações brasileiras, que versam sobre o assunto. Ao final, pode-se perceber que, ainda há muito o que se fazer, na área da Educação profissional para que seus professores possam desenvolver um trabalho efetivo, tendo em vista a diversidade presente nas salas de aulas.

Abstract:
Teacher's education becomes every day a relevant subject to be researched, especially when it comes to the education of people with disabilities, as many teachers are still unprepared to work with these students. Bearing in mind that the permanence of these subjects in environments common to all is an inalienable right, it is fundamental to think about teacher education, because he/she will have the mission of offering students a quality education. When it comes to the teacher who teaches in Professional Education, the issue is even more pressing, since this is an area that has been little researched. The present article was carried out through a qualitative research, with the objective of conducting a bibliographic research, which can bring elucidation about this theme. Several authors from the areas of Inclusive Education, Professional Education and Teacher Training were researched, as well as official documents from the Ministry of Education and several other Brazilian legislations that deal with the subject. In the end, one can see that there is still a lot to be done in the area of Professional Education so that its teachers can develop an effective work, in view of the diversity present in the classrooms.
