A FONOAUDIOLOGIA E O PROGRAMA SAÚDE NA ESCOLA EM UM MUNICÍPIO DO SUL DO BRASIL – RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
O Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) contribui para a formação integral de estudantes e da comunidade escolar com ações de promoção, prevenção e de atenção à saúde. No ano de 2019 a equipe de fonoaudiologia do município identificou precocemente crianças com risco de perda auditiva e alterações no desenvolvimento da linguagem em ambiente escolar por meio do PSE. Devido identificação precoce foi possível realizar orientações e encaminhamentos, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da linguagem e comunicação das crianças identificadas como de risco. No presente trabalho será descrito como se deu o processo e quais os resultados obtidos.

Abstract:
The Programa Saúde na Escola (PSE) contributes to the integral formation of students and the school community with health promotion, prevention, and care actions. In 2019, the speech and language pathology team of the city identified children at risk of hearing loss and changes in language development in the school environment through the PSE. Due to early identification, it was possible to provide guidance, contributing to the development of language and communication of children identified as being at risk. This paper will describe how the process happened and the results obtained.
