A EXPERIÊNCIA DO PROJETO DE EXTENSÃO REDE INTERNA DE ATENDIMENTO ÀS PESSOAS EM SITUAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA: CONTRIBUIÇÕES NO PROCESSO DE DESNATURALIZAÇÃO DA VIOLÊNCIA
As expressões da violência estrutural estão marcadas no cotidiano dos serviços de saúde e tendem a ser reproduzidas e legitimadas pelo próprio Estado. Arraigada na formação política e social brasileira até os dias atuais, apresenta-se com o agravamento das expressões da questão social, sendo necessário compreender seus aspectos, numa perspectiva histórica e socialmente produzida a partir do modo de produção capitalista vigente. O Boletim Epidemiológico de Vigilância em Saúde no Brasil 2003-2019 expressa dados alarmantes e chama a atenção para a magnitude da questão, que merece atenção para além das questões individuais, mas para os impactos na saúde e qualidade de vida da coletividade. Como forma de contribuir para a desnaturalização da violência, o tema pautou a reflexão e atuação profissional, no âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde – SUS, em ações de extensão, que foram desenvolvidas no Hospital Universitário Oswaldo Cruz (HUOC), da Universidade de Pernambuco (UPE). O Projeto de Extensão "Rede Interna de Atendimento às Pessoas em Situação de Violência do HUOC/UPE”, baseou-se na Educação em Saúde e de aproximações com a metodologia ativa de ensino, abrindo espaços de discussão, desenvolveu ações contínuas e possibilitou aos profissionais de saúde a formação necessária para identificar e notificar os casos de violência, na tentativa de interrupção do ciclo.

Abstract:
The expressions of structural violence are marked in the daily lives of health services and tend to be reproduced and legitimized by the State itself. Rooted in the Brazilian political and social formation to the present day it presents itself with the worsening of the expressions of the social question, being necessary to understand its aspects, in a historical and socially produced perspective from the current capitalist production mode. The Epidemiological Bulletin of Health Surveillance in Brazil 2003-2019 expresses concerning data and draws attention to the magnitude of the issue, which deserves attention beyond the individual issues, but for the impacts on the health and quality of life of the community. As a way of contributing to the denaturalization of violence, the theme guided the reflection and professional performance, within the scope of the Unified Health System - SUS, in extension actions, which were developed at the Hospital Universitário Oswaldo Cruz (HUOC), of the University of Pernambuco (UPE). The Extension Project "Internal Network of Assistance to People in Situations of Violence at HUOC / UPE", was based on Health Education and approximations with the active teaching methodology, opening spaces for discussion, developing continuous actions and enabling professionals the necessary training to identify and report cases of violence, in an attempt to interrupt the cycle.
