A EVOLUÇÃO DA MATURIDADE GERENCIAL: ESTUDO DE CASO DE EMPREENDIMENTO DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE ENERGIA ELÉTRICA
Empreendimentos para a expansão do sistema de distribuição de energia elétrica, dentro dos prazos e níveis de qualidade adequados às necessidades do sistema elétrico, da sociedade e dos consumidores, são fundamentais para os resultados econômicos das empresas de distribuição de energia. Neste estudo, buscou-se avaliar a evolução do nível de maturidade do setor de projetos da empresa ALFA ENERGIA ELÉTRICA. Como referencial teórico utilizou-se o modelo Prado de Gerenciamento de Projetos por ter sido desenvolvido para o cenário brasileiro. Tal modelo foi aplicado em dois momentos distintos ao setor em questão. Assim, foi possível comparar o nível de maturidade passado com o atingido ao final da implantação do empreendimento, nível final consonante com alterações em diretrizes de gestão incorporadas. Em 2012, o nível de maturidade encontrado foi 1, alinhado com um conhecimento inicial de gerenciamento de projetos entre baixo e alguma melhoria pretendida. Aplicando-se a mesma metodologia de medição, em 2014, a equipe apresentou nível de maturidade 3. Assim, embora não se tenha adotado as melhores práticas de gerenciamento de projeto de forma metodológica e/ou orientada, em linhas gerais, houve um resultado satisfatório, porém com inúmeros pontos de melhorias, quando focado em uma estrutura funcional com metodologia definida.

Abstract:
Enterprises for the expansion of the power distribution systems, within the time limits and quality levels appropriate to the needs of the electrical system, society and customers, are fundamental to the economic results of the power distribution companies. In this study, we sought to evaluate the evolution of the maturity level of the ALFA ENERGIA ELÉTRICA project sector. As a theoretical reference, the Prado Project Management model was used because it was developed for the Brazilian scenario. Such a model was applied at two different times to the sector in question. Thus, it was possible to compare the level of maturity passed with the achieved at the end of the implementation of the project, final level that is consistent with changes in the management guidelines incorporated. In 2012, the maturity level found was 1, aligned with an initial project management knowledge between low and some desired improvement. Applying the same measurement methodology, in 2014, the team presented maturity level 3. Thus, although the best practices of project management were not adopted in a methodological and/or oriented way, in general lines, there was a satisfactory result, however with numerous points of improvement, when focused on a structural use and with Methodology defined.
