A EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA PROMOÇÃO DO ENVELHECIMENTO SAUDÁVEL NA ATENÇÃO PRIMARIA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA.
ntrodução: No Brasil e no mundo
com o aumento da expectativa de vida, e com as
mudanças dos indicadores de saúde, diminuição
da fecundidade e mortalidades a população vem
envelhecendo, sendo assim esses indivíduos
apresentam maiores condições crônicas e
cognitivas. Objetivo: identificar a produção
científica sobre o trabalho multiprofissional
na atenção primária para promoção do
envelhecimento saudável. Metodologia: O
levantamento bibliográfico foi elaborado nas
bases de dados pesquisadas em SCIELO, LILACS
e MEDLINE. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo,
exploratório e de abordagem qualitativa. Os
estudos foram analisados em 12 artigos de 2013-
2016, para construção da discussão final como
embasamento das análises, foram verificados
que cinco artigos contemplavam uma descrição
desejada. Resultados: Segundo dados da OMS
estima que, até 2025, o Brasil será o sexto país
mais envelhecido do mundo, abrigando mais
de 32 milhões de idosos. Tornando necessário
o rompimento de estereótipos que enxergam a
velhice como um fardo. A saúde do idoso aparece
como uma das seis prioridades pactuadas pelas
três esferas do governo, tendo em vista que a
atenção da pessoa idosa e caracterizada como
uma das políticas públicas fundamentais no Brasil
e no mundo. Conclusão: Percebe-se que devido
ao aumento da expectativa de vida que vem
aumentando significativamente nos últimos anos,
é preciso que a atenção primária juntamente com
a equipe multiprofissional e interdisciplinar aplique
estratégia e ações destinadas à melhoria da
saúde, levando em consideração que essas ações
devem ser voltadas não apenas para a patologia,
mas à prevenção e promoção da população idosa.

Abstract:
Introduction: In Brazil and in the world,
with the increase in life expectancy, and with changes in health indicators, decrease in
fecundity and mortality, the population is aging, and these individuals present greater chronic
and cognitive conditions. Objective: to identify the scientific production on multiprofessional
work in primary care for the promotion of healthy aging. Methodology: The bibliographic
survey was elaborated in databases researched in SCIELO, LILACS and MEDLINE. This is a
descriptive study, exploratory and qualitative approach. In the summary were analyzed in ten
articles of 2013-2016. for the construction of the final discussion as basis of the analyzes,
five articles were verified that contemplated a desired description. RESULTS: WHO estimates
that, by 2025, Brazil will be the sixth oldest country in the world, housing more than 32 million
elderly people. Making it necessary to break stereotypes that see old age as a burden. Elderly
health appears as one of the six priorities agreed upon by the three spheres of government,
since the attention of the elderly is characterized as one of the fundamental public policies
in Brazil and in the world. Conclusion: It is noticed that due to the increase in life expectancy
that has been increasing significantly in recent years, it is necessary that primary care,
together with the multiprofessional and interdisciplinary team, implement strategies and
actions aimed at improving health, taking into consideration that these actions should be
geared not only to the pathology but to the prevention and promotion of the elderly population.
