A ENFERMAGEM NO ACOLHIMENTO AOS FAMILIARES DE PACIENTE EM CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS
Introdução: Os cuidados paliativos constituem um campo interdisciplinar de cuidados totais, ativos e integrais, destinados a melhorar a qualidade de vida do paciente sem possibilidades de cura, além de proporcionar suporte psicossocial e espiritual1, e quando subsidiada por uma relação de atitude, cooperação, sentimento e sensibilidade, este instrumento é um importante impulsionador da relação entre o enfermeiro e o paciente em fase terminal Objetivo: Evidenciar a importância da atuação do enfermeiro na assistência ao paciente em Cuidados Paliativos em fase terminal utilizando a comunicação com ferramenta imprescindível do cuidado Metodologia: Estudo descritivo, qualitativo, desenvolvido através de levantamento bibliográfico, com o foco de mostrar a importância da enfermagem aos pacientes em cuidados paliativos ao adotar como ferramenta principal do cuidado a comunicação e refletir sobre as estratégias utilizadas na assistência prestada2 Resultados: Nessa perspectiva, a comunicação adequada é considerada um método fundamental para o cuidado integral e humanizado porque, é possível reconhecer e acolher empaticamente as necessidades do paciente de expressar seus anseios, para isso, precisa de um cuidado integral e humanizado, que só é possível quando o profissional recorre às suas habilidades de comunicação, essencialmente, com o paciente em fase terminal, para estabelecer uma relação efetiva com ele, a literatura esclarece que o enfermeiro ao prestar assistência ao paciente de forma holística, esse fortalecimento incide do resultado do cuidado, pela promoção do conforto, do alívio da dor e da preservação da autoestima do paciente Conclusão: Dessa forma, a pesquisa proporcionou a visualização da extrema importância da comunicação no tratamento dos cuidados mostrando os benefícios para a saúde e bem-estar dos pacientes, os cuidados paliativos podem ajudar os pacientes nas modificações físicas e psicológicas que ocorrerão no fim da vida.

Abstract:
Introduction: Palliative care is an interdisciplinary field of total, active and comprehensive care, aimed at improving the quality of life of the patient without the possibility of a cure, in addition to providing psychosocial and spiritual support1, and when subsidized by a relationship of attitude, cooperation, feeling and sensitivity, this instrument is an important driver of the relationship between the nurse and the terminally ill patient Objective: To highlight the importance of the nurse's role in assisting palliative care patients in the terminal stage using communication with an essential care tool Methodology: Descriptive, qualitative study, developed through a bibliographic survey, with the focus of showing the importance of nursing to patients in palliative care by adopting communication as the main care tool and reflecting on the strategies used in the care provided2 Results: In this perspective, communication ade when it is considered a fundamental method for comprehensive and humanized care because, it is possible to recognize and empathetically accept the patient's needs to express his desires, for this, he needs comprehensive and humanized care, which is only possible when the professional resorts to his communication skills, essentially, with the terminally ill patient, in order to establish an effective relationship with him, the literature clarifies that the nurse when providing assistance to the patient in a holistic way, this strengthening affects the result of care, by promoting comfort, pain relief and preservation of the patient's self-esteem Conclusion: In this way, the research provided a visualization of the extreme importance of communication in the treatment of care, showing the benefits for the health and well-being of patients, palliative care can help patients in physical and psychological changes that will occur at the end of life.
