A EFICIÊNCIA NA MATRÍCULA DIGITAL DURANTE A PANDEMIA: UM ESTUDO DE CASO NO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DE MATO GROSSO DO SUL - CAMPUS COXIM
Em decorrência da pandemia do Coronavírus (COVID-19) que trouxe a necessidade de distanciamento social e a suspensão das atividades presenciais na educação, este artigo tem por objetivo analisar a eficiência da matrícula digital. A metodologia adotada foi um estudo de caso no Instituto Federal do Mato Grosso do Sul – IFMS Campus Coxim por meio de uma pesquisa exploratória e entrevistas junto à Coordenação de Gestão Acadêmica – COGEA. Os resultados mostraram que, segundo a visão administrativa da COGEA, a implantação e utilização da matrícula digital implementada e utilizada em decorrência da pandemia do Coronavírus foi eficiente para o registro acadêmico. Nesse sentido, verificou-se benefícios aos estudantes decorrentes da matrícula digital, tais como, a simplificação do processo de matrícula, flexibilização de horário de atendimento, economia de tempo e dinheiro dos estudantes com eliminação de deslocamentos, além de atingir seu principal e inicial objetivo, a não disseminação do Coronavírus (COVID-19).

Abstract:
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), which brought about the need for social distance and the suspension of face-to-face activities in education, this article aims to analyze the efficiency of digital enrollment. The methodology adopted was a case study at the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul - IFMS Campus Coxim through an exploratory research and interviews with the Coordination of Academic Management - COGEA. The results showed that, according to COGEA's administrative view, the implementation and use of digital enrollment implemented and used due to the Coronavirus pandemic was efficient for the academic record. In this sense, there were benefits to students resulting from digital enrollment, such as simplification of the enrollment process, flexible hours of service, saving time and money for students with the elimination of travel, in addition to achieving their main and initial objective, the non-dissemination of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
