A EDUCAÇÃO EM TEMPOS DE COVID-19: PREMISSAS DA EAD E DESAFIOS PARA GESTÃO DAS IES NA ABORDAGEM DA GOVERNANÇA DA INTERNET
O ano de 2020 trouxe para a agenda dos gestores de IES a inserção da EAD em seus modelos de negócio. Dado que a operação EAD se constitui em um e-business, ela utiliza a Internet como insumo essencial, o problema consiste em propiciar ao gestor, especialista em educação superior presencial e pedagógica, e que agora passa a operar em EAD, novas variáveis para seu planejamento estratégico em duas dimensões: a da Internet, e a da educação de adultos. A pergunta que norteou o artigo é: Como os gestores de IES podem se preparar e prevenir os desastres do século XXI no horizonte e operar o EAD com qualidade? O trabalho oferece uma introdução especializada e concisa das vulnerabilidades relacionadas à governança da Internet (GI), na perspectiva da educação, com foco nas oportunidades sustentáveis para os negócios, apresentando cases e conceitos que fundamentam a pertinência dos paradigmas educacionais que regem o EAD nas atuais premissas da educação. O objetivo é ampliar a visão estratégica desse gestor para ir além do tradicional benchmarking competitivo, destacando potencialidades para a elaboração de sistemas resilientes, adaptáveis e sustentáveis. Abstract:
The year 2020 brought the insertion of distance learning into the agenda of HEI managers. Given that the EAD operation is an e-business, it uses the Internet as an essential input, the problem consists of providing the manager, a specialist in on-site and pedagogical higher education, and who now starts to operate in EAD, new variables for his strategic planning in two dimensions: that of the Internet, and that of adult education. The question that guided the article is: How can HEI managers prepare and prevent 21st-century disasters on the horizon and operate EAD with quality? The work offers a specialized and concise introduction to the vulnerabilities related to Internet governance (GI), from the perspective of education, with a focus on sustainable business opportunities, presenting cases and concepts that underlie the relevance of the educational paradigms that govern EAD in today's premises of education. The objective is to expand this manager's strategic vision to go beyond the traditional competitive benchmarking, highlighting the potential for developing resilient, adaptable, and sustainable systems.
