A EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL COMO INSTRUMENTO TRANSFORMADOR NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA À SAÚDE: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A educação promove o desenvolvimento de habilidades e ações que favorecem a divulgação de informações e melhora na qualidade de vida. Nessa perspectiva, este estudo objetivou sensibilizar os profissionais da saúde sobre a importância da relação entre saúde e meio ambiente. Trata-se de um relato de experiência de acadêmicos e profissionais de enfermagem, após a intervenção em formato de oficina de educação em saúde ambiental, realizada com a equipe multiprofissional de saúde, composta por 13 profissionais da Estratégia de Saúde da Família, localizada no município de Guanambi- Bahia. A educação em saúde seguiu o seguinte fluxo: dinâmica de interação, discussão sobre as relações entre saúde e meio ambiente, confecção de paródia e cartazes, concluindo com a avaliação da oficina. No decorrer da intervenção houve discussões, conceituação, troca de opiniões e vivências desses profissionais na área de atuação, que visou fortalecer a importância da educação em saúde como ferramenta para a construção de conhecimento em saúde pela população. Notou-se dificuldade por parte da equipe em definir barreiras ambientais no contexto do seu território e como o meio ambiente interfere na saúde. O diálogo com a equipe multidisciplinar fomentou a apropriação da temática, além da troca de experiências sobre as ações desenvolvidas por esses profissionais. Diante disso, foi evidente a relevância das práticas educativas por meio de oficinas facilitadoras de interações e segmentos da educação continuada como estratégia de capacitação para melhoria das ações desenvolvidas pelos profissionais no território assistido.

Abstract:
Education promotes the development of skills and actions that favor the dissemination of information and improve the quality of life. In this perspective, this study aimed to sensitize health professionals about the importance of the relationship between health and the environment. This is an experience report by academics and nursing professionals, after the intervention in the format of an environmental health education workshop, carried out with the multiprofessional health team, composed of 13 professionals from the Family Health Strategy, located in the city of Guanambi- Bahia. Health education followed the following flow: interaction dynamics, discussion about the relationship between health and the environment, making a parody and posters, concluding with the evaluation of the workshop. During the intervention there were discussions, conceptualization, exchange of opinions and experiences of these professionals in the area of activity, which aimed to strengthen the importance of health education as a tool for the construction of health knowledge by the population. There was difficulty on the part of the team in defining environmental barriers in the context of its territory and how the environment interferes with health. The dialogue with the multidisciplinary team fostered the appropriation of the theme, in addition to the exchange of experiences on the actions developed by these professionals. In view of this, the relevance of educational practices was evident through workshops that facilitate interactions and segments of continuing education as a training strategy to improve the actions developed by professionals in the assisted territory.
