A (DES)CRENÇA NAS INSTITUIÇÕES DEMOCRÁTICAS EM TEMPOS DE ESCÂNDALOS DE CORRUPÇÃO
O presente estudo tem por escopo analisar o crescente combate à corrupção, bem como a paradoxal e progressiva desconfiança da sociedade civil nas instituições pilares da democracia. A partir de uma investigação jurídica, sem a menor pretensão de esgotar a temática, a pesquisa bibliográfica, através do método dedutivo, busca demonstrar o porquê da relação contraditória, com o fito de instigar o debate sobre o reconhecimento do combate à corrupção como forma de avanço civilizatório, para além da punição dos desonestos, mas com fins à construção e edificação de um novo paradigma, por intermédio da educação e da conscientização da coletividade sobre o tema com o aprimoramento do sistema e das instituições públicas e privadas.

Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the growing fight against corruption and the paradoxical, also progressive, distrust, of civil society, in the pillar institutions of democracy. From a juridical investigation, without the least pretension to exhaust the subject, the bibliographical research, through the deductive method, tries to discover the reason of the contradictory relation, to instigate the debate and recognition the fight against corruption as a form of civilization advance, above of the the dishonest punishment, to building a new collective sense, through education and awareness of the community on the subject, with the improvement of the system and public and private institutions.
