A CULTURA UNIVERSITÁRIA E AS QUESTÕES DE GÊNERO E SEXUALIDADE NA FORMAÇÃO DOCENTE EM EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA NA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DE SERGIPE
O artigo teve como objetivo geral analisar as experiências de professores/as e alunos/as concluintes do curso de Licenciatura em Educação Física, da Universidade Federal de Sergipe, quanto à importância das discussões sobre as temáticas de gênero e sexualidade na e para a formação docente. A pesquisa permitiu a abordagem histórico-crítica e a metodologia recaiu sobre o Estudo de Caso, utilizando-se de diferentes fontes bibliográficas e documentais, além de entrevistas semiestruturadas com professores e alunos/as concluintes do curso de Licenciatura. Os resultados ressaltam que apesar dos professores de Licenciatura discutirem transversalmente e de modo aligeirado as temáticas de gênero e sexualidade em algumas aulas no curso, não são suficientes para que os/as acadêmicos/as possam lidar com segurança e profundidade que requerem tais questões em sala de aula na educação básica, pois são conhecimentos que alteram identidades e comportamentos humanos, além de culturas.

Abstract:
The objective of this article was to analyze the experiences of professors and students of the undergraduate degree in Physical Education, Federal University of Sergipe, regarding the importance of the discussions on gender and sexuality issues in and for teacher education. The research allowed the historical-critical approach and the methodology fell on the Case Study, using different bibliographical and documentary sources, as well as semi-structured interviews with professors and students graduating from the Licentiate course. The results emphasize that although undergraduate teachers discuss gender and sexuality issues in a transversal way, they are not enough for academics to deal with the security and depth that requires such questions in the classroom of class in basic education, since they are knowledge that alter human identities and behaviors, as well as cultures.
