A CULTURA DE SEGURANÇA DO PACIENTE EM AMBIENTE HOSPITALAR: IMPORTÂNCIA E PERSPECTIVAS
INTRODUÇÃO: Atualmente é notável o grande avanço na saúde sejam em equipamentos, medicações, procedimentos e outros, contudo essa evolução é diretamente proporcional aos surgimentos de possíveis danos a saúde. A Enfermagem está diretamente ligada a ações de segurança. OBJETIVO: Destacar a importância da cultura de segurança do paciente no âmbito hospitalar. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, de natureza qualitativa. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: No decorrer dos estágios extracurriculares foi observada a cultura com a segurança do paciente. Em relação à identificação do paciente no hospital todos os pacientes são devidamente identificados utilizando as pulseiras de identificação que tem informações do paciente. A cerca da sinalização de alergias medicamentosas é utilizada uma pulseira para a equipe ficar ciente que o paciente apresenta alguma alergia. Sobre a cirurgia segura toda a equipe de enfermagem é treinada e sabe da importância do CHECK LIST antes de encaminhar o paciente para o centro cirúrgico. CONCLUSÃO: As ações de segurança fortalecem o vinculo do paciente/profissional e da equipe, garantem uma maior qualidade do serviço. A Enfermagem ainda enfrenta muitos obstáculos contudo a educação continuada e permanente é a solução para inúmeros problemas assistências e falhas de segurança ao paciente.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Currently, the great advances in health are notable, whether in equipment, medications, procedures and others, however this evolution is directly proportional to the emergence of possible damage to health. Nursing is directly linked to safety actions. OBJECTIVE: To highlight the importance of the patient safety culture in the hospital environment. METHODOLOGY: This is an experience report, of a qualitative nature. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: During the extracurricular stages, culture was observed with patient safety. Regarding patient identification at the hospital, all patients are properly identified using the wristbands that have patient information. Around the signaling of drug allergies, a bracelet is used for the team to be aware that the patient has any allergies. Regarding safe surgery, the entire nursing team is trained and knows the importance of the CHECK LIST before referring the patient to the operating room. CONCLUSION: Safety actions strengthen the bond between the patient / professional and the team, guaranteeing a higher quality of service. Nursing still faces many obstacles, however, continuous and permanent education is the solution to numerous care problems and patient safety failures.
