A CONVENÇÃO DA ONU SOBRE OS DIREITOS DAS PESSOAS COM DEFICIÊNCIA E SUA CONTRIBUIÇÃO PARA A INCLUSÃO EM DESTINOS TURÍSTICOS
O presente trabalho analisa a influência das normas da Convenção das Nações Unidas sobre o direito das pessoas com deficiência e sua contribuição ao turismo acessível em destinos turísticos. A importância econômica e social do turismo é comprovada pelos dados da Organização Mundial do Turismo, o qual tem significativa participação no produto interno bruto mundial, bem como é responsável pela elevação do percentual de geração dos empregos, em nível global. O movimento internacional para tornar o turismo acessível e inclusivo é crescente e tem a missão de tornar seus produtos e serviços disponíveis para pessoas com deficiência, parcela significativa da população, segundo dados da Organização Mundial da Saúde. A acessibilidade é a chave para concretização desse direito humano, pois deve facilitar a chegada e o deslocamento de turistas no local visitado, eliminando barreiras de todas as espécies e ampliando a comunicação do visitante com o seu destino. Para alcançar o objetivo desta pesquisa, utilizou-se de dados bibliográficos e documentais com análise qualitativa. Os resultados apontam que tal prática proporciona a necessidade de mudanças urbanas e sociais, sejam estruturais, físicas e culturais nos destinos turísticos inclusivos e seus habitantes. Essas mudanças, bem feitas, proporcionarão a conciliação entre o desenvolvimento social e o econômico.

Abstract:
The current research analyses how the terms of United Nations Convention of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities contributes to make sure that touristic places are inclusive. The economical and social importance of tourism are recognized by World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) which says that tourism has a relevant participation on the world gross domestic product (GDP) as well is responsible for growing percentage of new places to work in the world. The global movement to make tourism accessible and inclusive is increasing and has the mission to ensure that its products and services are available to people with disabilities, which is significant part of population, according to World Health Organization (WHO). Accessibility is the key to guarantee and make real this human right, because helps tourists to arrive and move themselves through their destination places, eliminating barriers of all kinds and expanding the communication of the visitor with his/her destiny. To reach the purpose of this research, it was used bibliographic and documentary data with qualitative analyze. The results say that such practice requires urban and social changes be them structural, physical and cultural ones, envolving inclusive places and the whole environment, as its habitants. These changes, well done, provides harmony between social and economical development.
