A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DO GCEE - GRUPO CATARATAS DE EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA NA FORMAÇÃO MULTIDISCIPLINAR DOS ESTUDANTES DE ENGENHARIA NA UNIOESTE-FOZ DO IGUAÇU
Neste trabalho será relatada a
história e a atuação do Grupo Cataratas de
Eficiência Energética (GCEE) da Unioeste
e contribuição do mesmo na formação
multidisciplinar dos alunos dos cursos de
engenharia ao longo destes anos. O GCEE é
constituído por docentes e discentes do CECE
da Unioeste-Foz do Iguaçu, e tem por finalidade
enriquecer a formação de seus integrantes
por meio de atividades de projeto, construção
e manejo de veículos para competições de
eficiência energética para veículos movidos à
energia elétrica e etanol. A equipe já participou
de diversas competições sendo a detentora do
recorde latino-americano na categoria etanol
(736 Km com um litro de etanol

Abstract:
In this papper, the history and
performance of Grupo Cataratas de Eficiência
Energética (GCEE) of Unioeste, and its
contribution in the multidisciplinary training of
the engineering courses students over these
years will be reported. The Grupo Cataratas
de Eficiência Energética (GCEE) is formed
by teachers and students of the engineering
courses in Unioeste-Foz do Iguaçu, and its
purpose is to enrich the training of its members
through project design, construction and uses/drives of vehicles for competitions in
efficiency energy for vehicles powered by electricity and ethanol. The team has already
participated in several competitions being the holder of the Latin American record in the
ethanol category (736 km with one liter of ethanol).
