A CONSTRUÇÃO NORMATIVA DO DIREITO AMBIENTAL BRASILEIRO
O objetivo primordial ao realizar o presente estudo foi o de poder proceder a um levantamento acerca da legislação existente (ainda que em parte, pois ela é vasta), no Brasil, sobre o meio ambiente, com opção para aquela que se entende mais relevante em cada período, a começar pelas origens. A abordagem se estenderá até nossos dias. O problema existente é a multiplicidade de leis, grande parte desconhecida da maioria dos brasileiros. A metodologia, aqui, adotará o método dedutivo, onde se utilizará da Constituição Federal e leis de proteção ao meio ambiente. Conclui-se que faltam políticas públicas a respeito. Leis boas existem, faltando algo.

Abstract:
The prime objective in carrying out this study was to be able to make a survey of the existing (albeit in part, because it is vast) legislation in Brazil on the environment, choosing the most relevant in each period, starting with its origins. The approach will be extended to our days. The existing problem is the multiplicity of laws, most of which are unknown to the majority of Brazilians. The methodology here will adopt the deductive method, where the Federal Constitution and environmental protection laws will be used. We conclude that there is a lack of public policies in this regard. Good laws exist, but something is missing.
