A CONSOLIDAÇÃO DA REDE DE BIBLIOTECAS DA EDUCAÇÃO ADVENTISTA
Este artigo apresenta o relato de
experiência da implantação do Sistema de
Bibliotecas da Rede da Educação Adventista,
que reúne as unidades de informação
presentes da educação infantil até o ensino
médio em diversos estados do Brasil. O
projeto de adoção de solução tecnológica para
a Rede iniciou em 2016 e conta, atualmente,
com 166 bibliotecas. É relatado o processo
de implantação e consolidação da Rede, com
capacitação da equipe e formação de Comitê
Gestor. Este grupo, além de estruturar as
normativas que devem ser adotadas pelas
bibliotecas, é responsável por receber e
dirimir dúvidas do grupo, além de contatarem
o Suporte e definirem novas funcionalidades
na solução. Concomitante ao processo de
automação, atividades de correção do legado
e estabelecimento de políticas descritivas
foram definidas pelos bibliotecários, adotandose,
assim, procedimentos únicos para toda a
Rede. O projeto encontra-se em implantação,
com a adesão de outras bibliotecas, porém já
proporciona a identificação de ganhos nas rotinas
desenvolvidas pelas equipes de colaboradores,
além da obtenção de reconhecimento e
sensibilização da administração em relação
ao Sistema e valorização da biblioteca e seus
funcionários na comunidade.

Abstract:
This article presents an
experience report on the implementation of
the Adventist Education Network Libraries
System, which brings together the information
units present from early childhood education
to high school in several Brazilian states. The
project for the adoption of a technological
solution for the Network began in 2016 and
currently has 166 libraries. It is reported the
process of implementation and consolidation
of the Network, with training of the team and
training of Management Committee. This group,
in addition to structuring the regulations that
should be adopted by libraries, is responsible
for receiving and solving group doubts, in
addition to contacting Support and defining new
functionalities in the solution. Concomitant to
the automation process, legacy correction and establishment of descriptive policies
were defined by the librarians, adopting unique procedures for the entire Network. The
project is in implementation, with the adhesion of other libraries, but already provides
the identification of gains in the routines developed by the teams of collaborators,
besides obtaining recognition and sensitization of the administration in relation to the
System and valuation of the library and its employees in the community.
