A CLÍNICA FONOAUDIOLÓGICA EM SITUAÇÕES DE VIOLÊNCIA INTRAFAMILIAR: UM ESTUDO PILOTO
Introdução: o contato frequente, o tempo de permanência com a criança ou o adolescente, o conhecimento do cotidiano e uma estreita relação com a família, são fatores que permitem ao fonoaudiólogo clínico compreender dinâmicas familiares em que situações de violência podem estar presentes. Objetivos: a) investigar o saber e o fazer fonoaudiológicos em situações de violência intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes; b) analisar a proposta da pesquisa, a eficácia do instrumento e a tangibilidade das questões elaboradas. Método: foi realizado um estudo piloto, aprovado por Comitê de Ética: 88408718.8.0000.8040, e pautado em um questionário com 29 questões, junto a fonoaudiólogos residentes na área de abrangência do CRFa/3 Região. Resultados: Dentre os quinze participantes, seis relataram ter atendido casos de violência e nove disseram que não atenderam. Dos seis fonoaudiólogos que atenderam, dois acolheram três ou mais bebês e crianças. Um profissional relatou atendimento a um adolescente e outro fonoaudiólogo atendeu três ou mais adolescentes. Quatro participantes assinalaram atendimento a uma criança. Os tipos de violência citadas foram físicas e psicológicas, seguidas de violência sexual, negligência ou abandono. A alteração fonoaudiológica mais frequente encontrada nesses casos foi o atraso no desenvolvimento da linguagem, assinalado por todos os respondentes. Com relação aos órgãos a serem informados em casos suspeitos de violência, todos os fonoaudiólogos mencionaram o Conselho Tutelar. Quanto à análise da proposta da pesquisa e a avaliação do instrumento usado, os participantes ressaltaram a importância do objeto da pesquisa e, de forma geral, referiram material como bem organizado para responder aos objetivos da mesma. Conclusão: Investigações sobre violência intrafamiliar em contextos clínicos devem ser desenvolvidas para ampliar o conhecimento e a possibilidade de atuação de profissionais da saúde. Este piloto mostra que a ampliação do estudo é viável, havendo coerência entre o material elaborado e a finalidade da pesquisa.

Abstract:
Introduction: The frequent contact, the stay time with the child or the teenager, the routine knowledge and a closer relationship with the family, are issues that permit the clinical speech therapist to comprehend family dynamics where violence situations can be present. Goals: a) To research the speech language pathologist knowledge and make in intrafamiliar violence situations against children and teenagers; b) To examine the research proposal, the tool effectiveness and the elaborate issue tangibility. Method: Was accomplished a pilot study, approved by ethics committee: 88408718.8.0000.8040, and ruled in a questionnaire with 29 questions, joined to resident speech therapists to CRFa/3 Region far-reaching. Results: From among the fifteen participants, six reported have served violence cases and nine said not served. Of the six who served, two served three or more babies and children. One professional reported service to a teenager and another speech therapist served three or more teenagers. Four participant ticked service to one child. The quoted kinds of violence were physical and psychological, running to sexual violence, negligence or abandoning, The most frequent speech language pathology change discovered in these cases was the language development delay, ticked to all the respondents. In relation to the organizations to be informed in suspect violence cases, all the speech therapists mentionned the Tutelage Council. In relation to research analysis proposal and the used tool evaluation, the participants highlighted the research object value and, generally, mentioned to the material is well organized to reply the goals. Conclusion: Intrafamiliar violence investigations in clinical contexts need to be elaborated to expand the knowledge and the health professionals acting change. This pilot demonstrate the expansion of the study is viable, having coherence between the elaborated material and the research purpose.
