A CLASSIFICAÇÃO ABC NA ANÁLISE DO CONTROLE DE ESTOQUE EM EMPRESA DE PEQUENO PORTE EM MANAUS - AM
Os custos com investimentos em insumos vêm se elevando ao longo do tempo, portanto, para que se possa controlar desperdícios e desvios, analisar valores ou qualquer fator que prejudique o capital de giro e os investimentos feitos, faz-se necessário entender o comportamento e importância do controle de estoque. É possível quantificar a necessidade dos clientes baseados no grau de importância dos produtos, assim como gastos dentro dos processos, oscilações de mercado, utilizando ferramentas que possam integrar estas informações. Este estudo objetiva apresentar melhorias no controle de estoque de uma pequena empresa, por meio da aplicação da classificação ABC e a partir desta análise, buscar ferramentas de apoio que possam quantificar os dados e modernizar as práticas atuais da empresa, que ainda faz uso de metodologias analógicas e sem eficácia, otimizando o controle das entradas, saídas e faltas de insumos. No decorrer das pesquisas in loco para analisar a rotina de trabalho, observou-se que, à medida em que as etapas dos processos inerentes ao estoque eram desenvolvidas, foi possível identificar falhas que comprometem o andamento daqueles processos e desta forma, a classificação ABC foi selecionada, por ser uma análise eficaz para mapear os produtos com mais e menos demanda, permitindo uma análise sobre o comportamento e as variações destes insumos. Ao aplicar os dados na tabela, conseguimos quantificar, de forma específica a demanda de cada produto, e a partir de então responder ao objetivo, de maneira a apresentar as melhorias esperadas como, inserir a empresa em um modelo mais atual e com estoque mais moderno. Portanto, após a aplicação da ferramenta, sugere-se que a demanda dos produtos deve estar em constante análise, e para se alcançar os resultados, deve se considerar a implementação de um software que controle a rotina e movimentação dos produtos.

Abstract:
The costs with investments in inputs have been increasing over time, therefore, in order to control waste and deviations, analyze values or any factor that harms the working capital and investments made, it is necessary to understand the behavior and importance of inventory control. It is possible to quantify the needs of customers based on the degree of importance of products, as well as expenses within the processes, market fluctuations, using tools that can integrate this information. This study aims to present improvements in the inventory control of a small company, by applying the ABC classification and from this analysis, seek support tools that can quantify the data and modernize the current practices of the company, which still makes use of analogical and inefficient methodologies, optimizing the control of inputs, outputs and shortages of inputs. During the research in loco to analyze the work routine, it was observed that, as the stages of the processes inherent to the stock were developed, it was possible to identify flaws that compromised the progress of those processes and thus, the ABC classification was selected, for being an effective analysis to map the products with more and less demand, allowing an analysis of the behavior and variations of these inputs. By applying the data in the table, we were able to quantify, in a specific way, the demand of each product, and from then on to answer the objective, in order to present the expected improvements, such as inserting the company in a more current model and with more modern stock. Therefore, after applying the tool, it is suggested that the demand for products should be constantly analyzed, and to achieve the results, the implementation of software that controls the routine and movement of products should be considered.
