A BASE NACIONAL COMUM CURRICULAR E AS DICOTOMIAS ENTRE A TEORIA E A PRÁTICA
O presente artigo teve como
objetivo abordar sobre a Base Nacional
Comum Curricular (BNCC), sua forma de
organização e exigências, visando fortalecer
o debate sobre os aspectos positivos e
negativos da implementação da mesma nas
escolas brasileiras. Resultou das discussões
travadas na disciplina Prática III do Curso
de Licenciatura em Geografia, da Universidade
de Pernambuco, visando impulsionar nos
licenciando o espirito crítico e reflexivo sobre
as teorias e práticas do ensino de Geografia.
O público alvo foram alunos do 3º período
da licenciatura, tendo a participação de
docentes convidados para arguição. Tratase
de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa,
bibliográfica e documental, onde utilizou-se
como embasamento teórico-metodológico a
leitura e analise da Base Nacional Comum
Curricular (BNCC, 2017) e os resultados
foram discutidos a partir da análise do
discurso e conteúdo (BARDIN, 2009). Os
resultados indicaram que todo o processo de
construção/implementação do documento deuse
em tempo muito curto, sem ter a devida
análise e debate pelas correntes educacionais
do país. Contudo, compreendeu-se que a
BNCC exige um esforço coletivo para de fato ser
vivenciada em todas as esferas da educação,
requerendo esforço conjunto, investimento por
parte do governo, e modificações de hábitos e
estruturas por parte das escolas do país.

Abstract:
The purpose of this article was
to discuss the National Curricular National
Base (BNCC), its organizational form and
requirements, in order to strengthen the debate
about the positive and negative aspects of its
implementation in Brazilian schools. It resulted
from the discussions held in the discipline
Practical III of the Degree in Geography of the
University of Pernambuco, aiming to boost
us by licensing the critical and reflective spirit
about the theories and practices of Geography
teaching. The target audience were students
of the 3rd period of the degree, with the
participation of teachers invited for argument.
It is a qualitative, bibliographical and
documentary research, where the theoretical
and methodological basis was used to read
and analyze the National Common Curricular
Base (BNCC, 2017) and the results were discussed from the discourse analysis and
content (BARDIN, 2009). The results indicated that the whole process of construction
/ implementation of the document occurred in a very short time, without having the
proper analysis and debate by the educational currents of the country. However, it
was understood that BNCC requires a collective effort to actually be experienced in all
spheres of education, requiring joint effort, investment by the government, and changes
in habits and structures by the country’s schools.
