A AUTONOMIA FINANCEIRA CONDICIONADA DA FEDERAÇÃO BRASILEIRA
Este artigo tem como objeto a
análise da autonomia financeira dos entes
que compõe a federação brasileira diante a
estruturação da partilha de rendas realizadas
pela participação no produto da arrecadação
com o objetivo de verificar condicionamentos a
aquela por esta. Dispõe, por meio de análise das
normas e de pesquisa bibliográfica, passandose
a exposição da organização política em tais
e trazendo-se a partilha de rendas para ao
final analisar estas frente a autonomia. Expõe
que pela análise das normas que compõe a
estrutura posta pela atual constituição brasileira
e os preceitos do federalismo a autonomia
financeira dos entes periféricos, no que tange
a participação do produto da arrecadação,
mostra-se condicionada aos entes centrais.

Abstract:
The objective of this paper is to
analyze the financial autonomy of the entities
that Brazilian federation is composed of in view
of the structure of the participation in the revenue
received by the participation in the product of
the tax collection with the objective of verifying
conditions for this autonomy. Through the
analysis of norms and bibliographical research,
passing the analysis of political organization of
them and bringing the share of income to the
goal of analyze them regarding autonomy. It
excludes that, through the analysis of the norms
that make up the structure established by the
current Brazilian constitution and the precepts
of federalism, the financial autonomy of the
peripheral entities, as far as the participation
of the collection product is concerned, is
conditioned to the central entity.
