A ATUAÇÃO DO PSICÓLOGO DA SAÚDE NA ATENÇÃO TERCIÁRIA: EXPERIÊNCIAS DE ATUAÇÃO EM UMA CLÍNICA DE HEMODIÁLISE EM CRATEÚS
O trabalho do psicólogo da saúde, especialmente em um Centro de Nefrologia, corresponde um modelo de assistência e cuidados tanto para o paciente como para o acompanhante. O papel do profissional de Psicologia é voltado para orientação clínica e acompanhamento da atenção à saúde mental dos pacientes deste setor, tendo um compromisso institucional de tratar o sofrimento dos pacientes, com enfoque na escuta e valorização do saber do paciente sobre si. Assim este trabalho objetivou exemplificar a atuação do psicólogo da saúde, bem como compreender como são desenvolvidas as suas ações no setor terciário, especificamente em um Centro de Nefrologia em Crateús-CE. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa, que teve como participante um psicólogo da saúde, atuante no setor terciário, no qual trabalha com pacientes que tem problemas renais. Foi utilizado como instrumento de coleta de dados, uma entrevista semiestruturada, onde as respostas foram relacionadas aos resultados de uma revisão narrativa de literatura. Pôde-se ver que o psicólogo busca trabalhar o sofrimento do sujeito frente àquela patologia ou situação clínica, lidando com as suas angústias e criando um processo de conscientização sobre a sua situação. Logo, a atuação irá perpassar desde os conflitos interpessoais do sujeito até o processo de ressignificação e aprendizagem dessa nova condição de vida. O profissional utiliza de intervenções que possibilitem ao paciente o processo amplo de ressignificação do adoecimento, executadas no espaço da clínica, junto à equipe multidisciplinar e a família. Dessa forma, a presença do psicólogo no trabalho com portadores de doença renal é extremamente necessária para garantir um atendimento mais humanizado, que reconheça a singularidade de cada paciente, compreenda a fragilidade submetida pela doença crônica e que possibilite - dentro dos aspectos subjetivos e orgânicos de cada paciente – a produção do processo de saúde.

Abstract:
The work of the Psychologist in the health area, especially in a nephrology center, matches to a model of assistance and care for the patient and to the companion. The role of Psychologist, it’sdirectioned to the clinical orientation and support for the attention in mental health of the patients in this sector, havinganinstitutionalcommitment of to treat the illness, withfocus in listening and appreciation of the acknowledge of the patient aboutitself. The objective of thispaperwere to show the work of the Health Psychology, as well to understandhow are madetheiractions in the tertiary sector, especially in a nephrology center in Crateús - CE. The type of thisresearchfits in a qualitative model, thathad a participation of a Health Psychologist, thatworks in this sector withpatientswithkidneyproblems. Hasbeenused as instrument of data collection, a semi-structured interview, where the answershasbeenrelactioned to the results of a literaturereview. Couldbeseenthat the Psychologist seek to work the suffering of the patients in front of thatpathologyorclinicalsituation, dealingwithyouranxieties and creatinganawarenessabouttheirsituations. So, the work willpassby the interpersonalconflicts of the patient until the process of create a new meaning and learningaboutthis new lifecondition. The professional, use interventionsthatcouldenable the patient a wideprocess of create a new meaning of the illnessprocess, executed in the clinicalspace, together to the multidisciplinaryteam and the family. Therefore, the presence of the Psychologist in the work withcarriers of the kidneyproblemsit’sextremelynecessary to ensure a humanizedservice, thatrecognize the singularity of each patient and understand the fragilitybroughtby the chronicdisease and enable - inside of the subjectiveaspects and organical of each patient - the production of health process.
