A ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO SOB A ÓTICA DA PSICOGÊNESE DA PESSOA COMPLETA FRENTE À CRIANÇA HOSPITALIZADA
A psicogênese é o processo de desenvolvimento mental que está atrelado
a seus aspectos psicológicos ou da mente. A partir disso, se observou a relação da
“Teoria da Pessoa Completa” de Henri Wallon com as ações do enfermeiro diante do
ambiente hospitalar no tratamento de crianças hospitalizadas, destacando a
possibilidade da mesma verificar inter-relações entre equipe multidisciplinar.
Objetivo: Entender a influência no processo de desenvolvimento da criança
hospitalizada exposta a mudanças significativas no meio e, a importância do
enfermeiro produzir elementos assistenciais que contribuirão para o
desenvolvimento do cliente. Metodologia: Para o referencial teórico foram utilizados
artigos das bases de dados: SciELO, LILACS, BDENF, BVS e Revistas Online.

Contendo como critérios de inclusão os descritores: Desenvolvimento infantil,
Enfermagem, Criança hospitalizada, Saúde mental e Jogos e brinquedos. Foram
selecionados aqueles que tratavam da assistência hospitalar a crianças, e que
expunham como a assistência de enfermagem contribui nesse cenário entre os anos
de 2003 a 2016, com texto completo disponível e em português, excluídos artigos
que não tinham relação com o serviço hospitalar e não se enquadravam nos critérios
de inclusão. Resultados: Demonstram que as relações multidisciplinares afetam o
ambiente como todo, interferindo na qualidade da assistência ofertada. Conclusão:
Nota-se que a teoria de Henri Wallon está intimamente ligada com a atuação do
enfermeiro para com a equipe multidisciplinar, sendo ele o principal mediador na
organização da equipe de saúde contribuindo para uma boa comunicação entre
estes profissionais. Relações entre enfermeiro-meio-paciente contribuem assim para
uma boa evolução das crianças assistidas.

Abstract:
Psycho-genesis is the process of mental development that is intertwined
to its psychological aspects or the mind. From that, it was observed that there is a
relation between Henri Wallon’s “theory of the whole individual” and the actions of
the nurse in the hospital environment on the treatment of hospitalized children,
highlighting the possibility of this theory verifying the inter-relations within the
multidisciplinary team. OBJECTIVE: To understand the influence in the development
process of the hospitalized child exposed to significant changes in his general
environment and, the importance of the nurse to produce support measures that will
contribute to the development of the client. METODOLOGY: For the theoretical
reference, articles from these sources were used: SciELO, LILACS, BDENF, BVS and
Online Magazines. As criteria for inclusion these tags were chosen: Child
development, nursing, hospitalized child, mental health and games and toys. Those
who delved into hospital care for children and that explained how nursing assistance
contributes to this scenery between 2003 and 2016, with the text available in
Portuguese, were chosen, excluding out articles that did not have any connection with
the hospital service or did not meet the inclusion criteria. RESULTS: It was showed
that the multidisciplinary relationships do affect the environment as a whole,
interfering in the quality of the assistance provided. CONCLUSION: It was observed
that Henri Wallon’s theory deeply relates to the nurse’s work to the multidisciplinary
team, being he the main mediator on the organization of the health team contributing
to good communication between these professionals. Relationships between nurseenviroment-
patient thus contribute to a good evolution of assisted children.
