A ATUAÇÃO DA SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA NACIONAL NO CONTEXTO DE PANDEMIA POR COVID-19
a história está repleta de epidemias que hão assolado a humanidade no decorrer dos tempos, como a Peste bubônica. Os chamados bioterrorismos também tem provocado pânico e temor e grandes prejuízos à comunidade cientifica e órgãos governamentais mundiais. Recentemente, na pandemia de Covid-19 muitos tem sido os esforços dos vários setores sociais, dentre eles os órgãos de Segurança Pública, para mitigar os avanços do vírus. Este estudo buscou analisar as principais ações da Segurança Pública nacional em sua atuação em conjunto com demais órgãos governamentais na luta contra o SARS-CoV-2 e compreender quais principais dificuldades enfrentadas destes profissionais no que se refere a atuação na linha de frente. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura que conta também com relatos de experiências vivenciadas pelos autores, devido à escassa literatura sobre a temática. Observou-se que seguindo as recomendações da Organização Mundial de Saúde e demais órgãos foram desenvolvidos novos protocolos, planos de ação, treinamentos, estágios, como Curso NBQR, entre outras operações, para o cuidado à saúde destes profissionais e contribuição destes na assistência à população durante a pandemia. Os desafios chamam ao plano das discussões e o trabalho interdisciplinar que se demandam em contextos como este, fundamentais tanto para a classe quanto para benefício à própria sociedade.

Abstract:
History is full of epidemics that have plagued humanity over time, such as the Bubonic Plague. The so-called bioterrorism has also caused panic and fear and great damage to the scientific community and international bodies. Recently, in the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been many efforts by various social sectors, including Public Security agencies, to mitigate the advances of the virus. This study sought to analyze the main actions of national Public Security in its performance in conjunction with other government agencies in the fight against SARS-CoV-2 and to understand the main difficulties faced by these professionals with regard to acting on the front line.This is a literature review that also includes reports of experiences lived by the authors, due to the scarce literature on the subject. It was observed that following the recommendations of the World Health Organization and other bodies, new protocols, action plans, training, internships were developed, such as the NBQR Course, among other operations, for the health care of these professionals and their contribution to the care of the population during the pandemic. The challenges call for the level of discussions and the interdisciplinary work that are demanded in contexts like this, fundamental both for the class and for the benefit of society itself.
