Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of school chaplaincy in shaping the religious identity of Generation Alpha, with a focus on fostering self-awareness and a deeper understanding of their beliefs. The research investigated the significance of chaplaincy in the spiritual and emotional guidance of students, highlighting its contribution to building a solid and authentic religious identity. A qualitative approach was used, involving case studies in schools with chaplaincy programs, as well as interviews with chaplains and students. The results revealed that chaplaincy plays a crucial role in helping students with self-discovery, encouraging continuous reflection on their beliefs and behaviors. The study also indicated that chaplains help in managing internal and external conflicts, strengthening students' self-esteem and confidence. It was found that chaplaincy contributes to the development of a more conscious and resilient religious identity, while also creating a healthier and more inclusive school environment. In conclusion, school chaplaincy is an essential resource for the comprehensive development of Generation Alpha, providing emotional, spiritual, and social support, and is a key factor in strengthening the religious identity of young people.
