A APLICAÇÃO DE ANALYTIC NETWORK PROCESS - ANP EM LOGÍSTICA REVERSA: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA
As sociedades enfrentam desafios de sustentabilidade cada vez mais latentes, que impliquem em características específicas e ações eficientes. Como forma de atender a questões ambientais e de eliminação de resíduos, legislação aplicada e preocupação social corporativa e ambiental, as empresas estão se concentrando em práticas de logística reversa. Portanto, o objetivo do estudo foi mapear as publicações disponíveis sobre Analytic Network Process - ANP aplicados a logística reversa nas bases SCOPUS e Web of Science (WOS). Para tanto, utilizou-se o software VOSviewer como ferramenta auxiliar para a análise bibliométrica. Os resultados apontaram que os Estados Unidos concentra o maior número de produções científicas, com pouca participação de países latinos. Assim, o autor com maior co-citações é Thomas Saaty, precursor no estudo de Analytic Network Process e outros modelos de apoio a tomada de decisão, e as produções mais relevantes centram suas pesquisas em aplicações dos modelos e em revisões literais, sem muito agregar ou aperfeiçoar o método em análise.

Abstract:
Societies face ever more latent sustainability challenges, which imply specific characteristics and efficient actions. As a way to address environmental issues and waste disposal, applied legislation and corporate and environmental social concern, companies are focusing on reverse logistics practices. Therefore, the objective of the study was to map the available publications on Analytic Network Process - ANP applied to reverse logistics in the SCOPUS and Web of Science (WOS) databases. For that, the VOSviewer software was used as an auxiliary tool for bibliometric analysis. The results showed that the United States concentrates the largest number of scientific productions, with little participation of Latin countries. As well, the author with the highest co-quotes is Thomas Saaty, a forerunner in the Analytic Network Process study and other models to support decision-making, and the most relevant productions focus their research on model applications and on literal reviews, without much Aggregate or refine the method under review.
