A ADMINISTRAÇÃO ECLESIÁSTICA: ESTUDO DE CASO DA PRIMEIRA IGREJA BATISTA DE JACIARA/MT
Este estudo de caso tem por objetivo pesquisar se a gestão administrativa no contexto da Primeira Igreja Batista em Jaciara/ MT, preenche positivamente sua vocação organizacional numa perspectiva gerencial visto que a Igreja é, ao mesmo tempo, organização e organismo. Como organismo ela atua onde reside a atividade fim de sua existência: a esfera espiritual, evangelizando e anunciando o Reino de Deus que é a sua razão de ser; e, enquanto organização desenvolve suas ações secundárias que diz respeito à estrutura que permite que a mesma seja vista como instituição integrada ao terceiro setor agindo social e economicamente falando.
Procurando compreender melhor esta dualidade – organismo e organização, aborda-se o conceito da Gestão Eclesiástica, tendo como sub-tema a Administração Eclesiástica no local onde se desenvolveu as atividades fruto deste estudo de caso.
As pesquisas foram realizadas via documentação, internet, jornais e declarações testemunhais. As analises que compõem este estudo de caso são de referenciais teóricos que tentam conceituar e classificar a Gestão e a Administração Eclesiástica, com trabalhos já publicados sobre o assunto com autores como Peter F. Drucker, Lorin Woolfe e Idalberto Chiavenato, entre outros, que estabelecem a finalidade da gestão neste importante segmento do terceiro setor, como tem revelado ser as instituições eclesiásticas.

Abstract:
This case study aims to research whether administrative management in the context of the First Baptist Church in Jaciara / MT, positively fills its organizational vocation in a managerial perspective since the Church is, at the same time, organization and organism. As an organism, it acts where the end activity of its existence resides: the spiritual sphere, evangelizing and announcing the Kingdom of God which is its raison d'être; and, as an organization, it develops its secondary actions with regard to the structure that allows it to be seen as an institution integrated with the third sector acting socially and economically speaking.
In order to better understand this duality - organism and organization, the concept of Ecclesiastical Management is approached, with the Ecclesiastical Administration as a sub-theme in the place where the activities were developed as a result of this case study.
The searches were carried out via documentation, internet, newspapers and testimonial statements. The analyzes that make up this case study are based on theoretical references that attempt to conceptualize and classify Ecclesiastical Management and Administration, with works already published on the subject with authors such as Peter F. Drucker, Lorin Woolfe and Idalberto Chiavenato, among others, who establish the purpose of management in this important segment of the third sector, as has been revealed by ecclesiastical institutions
