A AÇÃO DA SUPERVISÃO ESCOLAR E DA ORIENTAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL NA GESTÃO ESCOLAR
Este artigo enfoca o trabalho da Supervisão Escolar e do Orientador Educacional junto a Gestão Escolar, destacando a importância das ações que o supervisor escolar e orientador educacional tem para o trabalho de gestão escolar de forma democrática dentro da escola. Esta pesquisa realizou-se a partir de uma fundamentação teórico-bibliográfica de publicações de livros, artigos, revistas e documentos sobre o tema. Buscou-se com a mesma, refletir sobre a ação destes profissionais da educação em um trabalho conjunto com a gestão escolar, visando melhorias na qualidade da educação e, consequentemente, para a aprendizagem dos alunos. As conclusões, após a pesquisa, confirmam que o trabalho coletivo, onde a participação de todos, dividindo tarefas e responsabilidades nos diferentes níveis de decisão é essencial para assegurar o eficiente desempenho da equipe escolar uma vez que fomenta, nesta equipe, o sentimento de parte deste universo, contribuindo para melhorias na escola.

Abstract:
This article focuses on the work of the School Supervisor and the Educational Advisor together with School Management, highlighting the importance of the actions that the school supervisor and educational advisor has for the school management work in a democratic way within the school. This research was based on a theoretical-bibliographic basis of publications of books, articles, magazines and documents on the subject. It sought to reflect on the action of these education professionals in a joint work with the school management, aiming at improvements in the quality of education and, consequently, for students’ learning. The conclusions, after the research, confirm that collective work, where the participation of all, dividing tasks and responsibilities at different levels of decision is essential to ensure the efficient performance of the school team since it fosters, in this team, the feeling of part of this universe, contributing to improvements in the school.
