A abordagem de redes políticas
é de fundamental importância para a
compreensão do ambiente em que ocorre a
interação estratégica entre os atores locais. A
aplicação da abordagem de redes políticas em
um determinado território pode explicar o seu
desenvolvimento econômico e social através
da compreensão da formulação das estratégias
adotadas localmente. Este trabalho tem como
objetivo principal mostrar a relevância da
análise da rede política para a compreensão do
desenvolvimento local no estudo dos produtores
de alimentos orgânicos no município de Itápolis
– SP. Para isso, foram selecionados recursos
que indicam o interesse estratégico dos atores,
como recursos financeiros, tecnológicos,
organizacionais, políticos e jurídicos. A partir
deste contexto, foi realizada uma pesquisa
de campo, por meio de um questionário
semiestruturado, com produtores, entidades de
classe e representantes do poder público local
no município de Itápolis - SP. Através da análise
dos resultados obtidos, foi possível além de
compreender melhor os interesses e a dinâmica
da interação dos atores da rede política, propor
ações de políticas públicas que fomentem a
rede para intensificar os benefícios que a rede
política proporciona para o desenvolvimento
local.

Abstract:
The approach of political networks
is fundamental importance for understanding
the environment in which the strategic interaction
between the local actors takes place. The
application of the policy network approach in a
given territory can explain its economic and social
development through the understanding of the
formulation of strategies adopted locally. This
work has as main objective to show the relevance
of the analysis of the political network for the
understanding of local development in the study
of organic food producers in the municipality of
Itápolis - SP. For this, resources were selected
that indicate the strategic interest of the actors,
such as financial, technological, organizational,
political and legal resources. From this context,
a field survey was carried out, through a semistructured questionnaire, with producers,
class entities and representatives of local public power in the municipality of Itápolis
- SP. Through the analysis of the results obtained, it was possible not only to better
understand the interests and dynamics of the interaction of the actors of the political
network, to propose public policy actions that foster the network to intensify the benefits
that the political network provides for local development.
