Abstract: The article presents the implementation of the Process Manual for bonus production at Club Deportivo Zacatecas, with the purpose of improving the efficiency and quality of the process. Standardized procedures were established and key processes were defined, documenting the steps to follow and establishing performance standards. Effective communication and staff training were substantial elements in the implementation, resulting in significant improvements in production times, product quality and workplace safety. In conclusion, the project has been successful in improving the efficiency and quality of bonus production at the Sports club, highlighting the importance of a structured and documented approach in optimizing work processes. This approach has made it possible to guarantee a high-quality final product and comply with occupational safety standards, contributing to the success and effectiveness of production at Club Deportivo Zacatecas, fulfilling the main objective of establishing standardized procedures and best practices to guarantee optimal production efficient.
