Abstract: The rise in Burnout Syndrome has negatively impacted people's productivity. The objective of this study was to develop software to assist researchers in assessing Burnout, in order to measure professional burnout in adults. To this end, an agile software engineering methodology was used, enabling the incremental development of the application with continuous deliveries. The tools used in the development were the Java programming language, the MySQL database (Workbench), and, for the graphical interface, tools such as Canva, HTML and CSS. As a result, functional requirements were defined, such as user registration, questionnaire application, report and graph generation, response visualization, among others, and the necessary coding. It was concluded that the use of technology focused on mental health can represent an alternative to assist researchers in the possible detection of Burnout Syndrome. As a proposal for continuity, it is suggested that tests be conducted with real users and validation by experts in the field of psychology.
