Abstract: This article critically analyzes the efficacy and management of current treatments for allergic rhinitis based on recent scientific evidence. Through a review of 25 national and international clinical studies, pharmacological approaches, combination therapies, immunotherapies, probiotics, nutraceuticals, and educational interventions were evaluated. Results show that the combination of antihistamines with intranasal corticosteroids remains highly effective, but new strategies such as biologics and health education play an increasing role. Immunotherapy proved effective in modulating allergic responses, while probiotics and nasal irrigation were beneficial adjuncts. It is concluded that treatment should be personalized, patient-centered, and multidisciplinary
