EXPERIENCIA DEL DOCENTE SOBRE EL PROCESO DE IMPARTICIÓN DE CÁTEDRA EN ESCUELAS RURALES DE NIVEL MEDIO SUPERIOR EN TAMAULIPAS, MÉXICO
: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal identificar las experiencias del docente de nivel medio superior en zonas rurales ante las transformaciones en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el inicio y durante periodo de contingencia COVID-19 en zonas rurales de Tamaulipas. Este estudio fue de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo, no experimental. Los participantes testados en esta investigación fueron 39 docentes que se encuentran activos en la zona rural de distintos municipios de Tamaulipas, México. La edad que oscila entre los docentes participantes es entre los 29 y los 47 años. En el presente estudio se utilizaron dos instrumentos: un cuestionario y una entrevista.
Entre las principales conclusiones fueron que WhatsApp fue el principal medio para la comunicación y envío de actividades escolares, los medios considerados más formales como el correo electrónico o plataformas de gestión del aprendizaje. A pesar de la suspensión de la educación presencial, las actividades de enseñanza-aprendizaje no cesaron. Se identificó que el docente ha tenido que adaptarse en muy poco tiempo a un ambiente desconocido para él, lo cual genera inseguridad de realizar correctamente su papel de educador.

Abstract:
The main objective of this research work is to identify the experiences of high school teachers in rural areas in the face of transformations in the teaching and learning process at the beginning and during the COVID-19 contingency period in rural areas of Tamaulipas. This study was exploratory and descriptive, not experimental. The participants tested in this research were 39 teachers who are active in the rural area of different municipalities of Tamaulipas, Mexico. The age that oscillates among the participating teachers is between 29 and 47 years. Two instruments were used in the present study: a questionnaire and an interview.
Among the main conclusions were that WhatsApp was the main means for communication and delivery of school activities, the means considered more formal such as email or learning management platforms. Despite the suspension of face-to-face education, the teaching-learning activities did not cease. It was identified that the teacher has had to adapt in a very short time to an unknown environment for him, which generates insecurity of correctly performing his role as educator.
