Estrategia Pedagógica referida desde las Corrientes Pedagógicas en el ejercicio Docente de la Escuela de Suboficiales y Nivel Ejecutivo “Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada”
La investigación surge de manera inferencial, fruto de la experiencia docente al interior la Escuela de Suboficiales y Nivel Ejecutivo “Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada”, el ejercicio investigativo evidenció la debilidad en el proceso de formación, teniendo en cuenta que en el proceso de aprendizaje se identificó una brecha entre los ámbitos curricular, pedagógico y didáctico, que no permite visualizar la corriente pedagógica constructivista implementada, desde la estructura Pedagógica Institucional, atendiendo a que se ha circunscrito al constructivismo. Planteando como objetivo el diseño de una estrategia pedagógica didáctica, que permita fortalecer el ejercicio docente, mediante el uso integral de corrientes pedagógicas aplicadas en la Institución.
Es por ello que la investigación busco mejorar el ejercicio docente, para fortalecer las corrientes implementadas. Metodológicamente se desarrolló el enfoque cualitativo descriptivo con entrevistas semiestructuradas, que permitieron identificar las percepciones de docentes y estudiantes, respecto de los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje; se realizó una revisión documental del proyecto educativo, contenidos programáticos y planes de estudio de cada asignatura de los programas educativos ofertados por la Escuela de Suboficiales y Nivel Ejecutivo “Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada”. Los resultados son un insumo para construir la estrategia pedagógica didáctica que permita el desarrollo de un buen ejercicio docente. En conclusión, y respondiendo al objetivo principal y los anteriores conceptos, se evidenció la importancia del diseño de la estrategia pedagógica didáctica, para fortalecer el ejercicio docente, ajustado al desarrollo de la formación policial, aplicando las características de las corrientes pedagógicas desde los componentes curricular, pedagógico y didáctico, basados en las necesidades que plantean los nuevos escenarios de la formación policial, que permitan ofrecer un servicio adecuado a la comunidad, que el estudiante interiorice de manera cognitiva, y práctica el saber hacer, creando condiciones académicas óptimas.

Abstract:
The investigation arises inferentially, as a result of the teaching experience inside the School of NCOs and Executive Level "Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada", the investigative exercise evidenced the weakness in the training process, taking into account that in the learning process identified a gap between the curricular, pedagogical and didactic fields, which does not allow visualizing the implemented constructivist pedagogical current, from the Institutional Pedagogical structure, considering that it has been circumscribed to constructivism. Raising as an objective the design of a didactic pedagogical strategy, which allows strengthening the teaching exercise, through the integral use of pedagogical currents applied in the Institution.
That is why the research sought to improve the teaching exercise, to strengthen the currents implemented. Methodologically, the descriptive qualitative approach was developed with semi-structured interviews, which allowed identifying the perceptions of teachers and students, regarding the teaching and learning processes; A documentary review of the educational project, programmatic contents and study plans of each subject of the educational programs offered by the “Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada” Noncommissioned Officers and Executive Level School was carried out. The results are an input to build the didactic pedagogical strategy that allows the development of a good teaching exercise. In conclusion, and responding to the main objective and the previous concepts, the importance of the design of the didactic pedagogical strategy was evidenced, to strengthen the teaching exercise, adjusted to the development of police training, applying the characteristics of the pedagogical currents from the curricular components. , pedagogical and didactic, based on the needs posed by the new scenarios of police training, which allow to offer an adequate service to the community, that the student internalizes cognitively, and practices the know-how, creating optimal academic conditions.
