Abstract: The tourism sector is one of the most important in many countries, since it contributes significantly to the economy and local development. Tourism SMEs need to evaluate and improve their human talent management, this involves identifying the skills and competencies necessary for success in the tourism sector, evaluating employee performance, establishing compensation and benefits policies, developing training programs and improving skills of work teams. A human talent management diagnosis will help identify areas in which staff recruitment, retention and motivation can be improved. The purpose is to investigate and analyze companies in the tourism sector of the Central Sabana that would allow us to understand their contribution to the local economy, identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to promote their development. Designing a diagnostic model for the management of human talent and its soft skills in MSMEs in the tourism sector of the province of Sabana Centro in transdisciplinary areas that can be adopted in diagnostic and training processes. Finally, promote basic knowledge of human talent management through a guide for the development of an efficient function of ventures in the tourism sector.
