DISEÑO DE UN MODELO DE DIAGNÓSTICO DE GESTIÓN EN TALENTO HUMANO Y/E INNOVACIÓN, EN MI PYMES Y EMPRENDIMIENTO DEL SECTOR TURISMO, DE LA PROVINCIA DEL SABANA CENTRO, CON ENFOQUE TRANSLOCAL Y TRANSDISCIPLINAR.

El sector turismo es uno de los más importantes en muchos países, ya que contribuye significativamente a la economía y al desarrollo local. Las pymes turísticas necesitan evaluar y mejorar su gestión del talento humano, esto implica identificar las habilidades y competencias necesarias para el éxito en el sector turístico, evaluar el desempeño de los empleados, establecer políticas de compensación y beneficios, desarrollar programas de capacitación y mejorar las habilidades de los equipos de trabajo. Un diagnóstico de gestión del talento humano ayudará a identificar las áreas en las que pueden mejorar la contratación, retención y motivación de personal. El fin es investigar y analizar las empresas del sector turismo de la Sabana Centro que permitiría comprender su contribución a la economía local, identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y proponer estrategias para impulsar su desarrollo. Diseñando un modelo de diagnóstico para la gestión del talento humano y sus habilidades blandas en MiPymes sector turismo de la provincia de Sabana Centro en áreas transdisciplinares que puedan ser adoptadas en procesos de diagnóstico y capacitación. Por último, fomentar el conocimiento básico de la gestión del talento humano mediante una guía para el desarrollo de una función eficiente de los emprendimientos del sector turismo.

Tourism SMEs need to evaluate and improve their human talent management, this involves identifying the skills and competencies necessary for success in the tourism sector, evaluating employee performance, establishing compensation and benefits policies, developing training programs and improving skills of work teams. A human talent management diagnosis will help identify areas in which staff recruitment, retention and motivation can be improved. The purpose is to investigate and analyze companies in the tourism sector of the Central Sabana that would allow us to understand their contribution to the local economy, identify growth opportunities and propose strategies to promote their development. Designing a diagnostic model for the management of human talent and its soft skills in MSMEs in the tourism sector of the province of Sabana Centro in transdisciplinary areas that can be adopted in diagnostic and training processes.
