Abstract: The main objective of this study is to provide a brief description of the criminal activities that have been migrating from the Dark Web to the surface of the Network, the Clear Web. We present extreme violence and its history. We show how criminal behaviors migrated from the Dark Web, which provides anonymity, but does not have the potential for victims necessary for perverse entertainment. We address what the strategies of these heinous people are and how they coordinate themselves through platforms and services that were established to serve other illicit activities. Finally, we present the legislative needs to improve the conditions facing the criminal use of legitimate Internet platforms and services.
