WORKSHOP DE LIBRAS: PERCEPÇÃO DO ALUNO PARTICIPANTE COM A MEDIAÇÃO DO MONITOR.
A Língua Brasileira de Sinais – Libras,
a partir de 2002, é a segunda língua oficial do
Brasil. Em 2005 definiu-se por meio de Decreto,
que a disciplina Libras no Ensino Superior tem
caráter obrigatório para as Licenciaturas e o
curso de Fonoaudiologia, e para os demais
cursos é optativa. Com isso, vem ganhando
espaço e diferencial único na população
brasileira. Na Universidade de Fortaleza - Unifor
a disciplina foi implantada em 2009 e é ofertada
em dez turmas, utilizando metodologias ativas na
mediação da aprendizagem. Uma das técnicas
pedagógicas utilizadas é o workshop, realizado
no último dia de aula do semestre. O objetivo se
concentrou em analisar a percepção dos alunos
da disciplina Libras sobre o uso da estratégia
workshop na mediação da sua aprendizagem.
Trata-se de estudo descritivo e qualitativo,
elaborado em junho de 2016, na Unifor. Houve
a participação de 13 alunos matriculados na
disciplina Libras; ao final de cada workshop
foi realizado a coleta de depoimentos que
foram gravados e transcritos pelos monitores.
Adotou-se a análise temática. Como resultado,
os alunos de forma geral, afirmaram que o
workshop é um método eficiente e indispensável
para o fechamento da disciplina Libras;
além de incentivar os alunos a procurar mais
conhecimento sobre o tema proposto nas aulas
oferecidas, facilitou a melhor compreensão da
cultura surda e da Línguas de Sinais a partir do
workshop como uma ferramenta dinâmica e
divertida de aprendizado

Abstract:
The Brazilian Language of Signals
- Libras, as of 2002, is the second official
language of Brazil. In 2005, it was defined by
means of a Decree that the Libras discipline in
Higher Education has a compulsory character for
the Degree courses and the Speech-Language
Pathology course, and for the other courses it is
optional. With this, it has been gaining space and
unique differential in the Brazilian population. At
the University of Fortaleza - Unifor the discipline
was implemented in 2009 and is offered in
ten classes, using active methodologies in the mediation of learning. One of the pedagogical techniques used is the workshop, held
on the last day of the semester. The objective was to analyze the perception of students
of the Libras discipline on the use of the workshop strategy in the mediation of their
learning. This is a descriptive and qualitative study, prepared in June 2016, at Unifor.
There were 13 students enrolled in the Pounds discipline; at the end of each workshop,
the testimonies were collected and recorded and transcribed by the monitors. Thematic
analysis was adopted. As a result, students generally stated that the workshop is an
efficient and indispensable method for the closing of the Pound discipline; in addition
to encouraging students to seek more knowledge about the theme proposed in the
classes offered, facilitated a better understanding of deaf culture and Sign Language
from the workshop as a dynamic and fun learning tool.
