Abstract: This work is configured as an experience report of a qualitative nature, with the central objective of describing and analyzing the potential of conversation circles as a therapeutic and psychosocial reintegration tool in the care of the People Experiencing Homelessness (PSR). The study is based on the professional experience of multiprofessional residents in the Street Clinic (CnaR) in the municipality of Ponta Grossa, Paraná (PR), during the period from June to August 2025. The scenario is marked by a context of extreme social vulnerability, evidenced by the alarming growth of the PSR, which reached over 327 thousand individuals in Brazil at the end of 2024. The intervention consisted of 12 cycles of Conversation Circles conducted in welcoming and coexistence facilities (CentroPOP and Casa de Acolhida). The methodology prioritized qualified listening and welcoming, aiming at establishing bonds. The intervention analysis was supported by the understanding that emotional stability and the continuity of identity are crucial in contexts of high social disaffiliation. The study concludes that the circles establish themselves as a care device that promotes integrality – by articulating the biopsychosocial dimensions in care – and protagonism, ensuring freedom of expression and fostering autonomy. Furthermore, the Multiprofessional Residency in Mental Health asserts itself as a vector of ethical-political change in training, by confronting residents with the anti-asylum praxis in open and territorial-based services.
