“VOCÊ TEM O DIREITO DE PERMANECER CALADO (A)”: A (IN)VISIBILIDADE DE GÊNERO NOS PLANOS MUNICIPAIS DE EDUCAÇÃO NO SEMIÁRIDO ALAGOANO
“Ideologia de gênero”; “partidarismo” são expressões recorrentes na disputa da arena educacional. O debate envolvendo-as tem como linhas de atuação a atribuição e ocultação de seus significados e intencionalidades, por outro, materializam-se na exclusão e na imposição. O Plano Nacional de Educação (PNE) que determina diretrizes, metas e estratégias para a política educacional em dez anos (2014-2024) vetou temas como gênero e sexualidade nas escolas. O que gerou impactos nos planos estaduais e municipais. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar como a categoria gênero é tratada nos Planos Municipais de Educação (PME) do semiárido alagoano. Para cumprir o escopo de pesquisa foi utilizada a plataforma do Governo Federal de acompanhamento do PME, acessados 38 planos educacionais referentes aos munícipios que compõem o semiárido de Alagoas. A partir da busca de palavras, constatamos que 15 munícipios excluíram a palavra gênero; 13 utilizam a categoria, entretanto há uma variação no tipo de abordagem referente à utilização na realidade educacional e 10 proíbem a discussão sobre gênero.

Abstract:
“Gender Ideology”; “Partisanism” are recurrent expressions in the dispute of the educational arena. The debate involving them has as lines of action the attribution and concealment of their meanings and intentions, on the other hand, they materialize in exclusion and imposition. The National Education Plan (PNE), which sets guidelines, goals and strategies for educational policy in ten years (2014-2024) vetoed issues such as gender and sexuality in schools. What generated impacts on state and municipal plans. Thus, this work aims to analyze how the gender category is treated in the Municipal Education Plans (PME) in the semiarid region of Alagoas. To fulfill the scope of the research, the Federal Government's platform for monitoring the PME was used, accessing 38 educational plans related to the municipalities that make up the semiarid region of Alagoas. From the search for words, we found that 15 municipalities excluded the word gender; 13 use the category, however there is a variation in the type of approach referring to its use in the educational reality and 10 prohibit the discussion about gender.
