VIVÊNCIA DO ACADÊMICO DE ENFERMAGEM SOBRE A UNIDADE DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO DO MUNICÍPIO DE IGUATU
A Unidade de Pronto Atendimento configura-se por unidades de saúde não hospitalares que estabelecem a relação entre as unidades básicas de saúde e a rede hospitalar. Objetivou-se relatar a vivência de acadêmicos de enfermagem durante estágio curricular em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento do município de Iguatu. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, do tipo relato de experiência realizado em 2017, durante estágio curricular da disciplina Enfermagem no Processo de Cuidar do Adulto em Situações Clínicas e Cirúrgicas. Observou-se que muitos atendimentos não configuram-se como urgência e emergência. Dentre as atividades realizadas durante o estágio, podem ser citadas a classificação de risco, administração de medicamentos, discussões quanto a estrutura e funcionamento do serviço, além da elaboração de um plano de intervenção para os problemas observados. Foram sugeridas três intervenções, quais sejam, informar a população sobre a finalidade da Unidade de Pronto Atendimento, o fluxo do serviço e treinar os profissionais em informática. O estágio possibilitou a associação entre teoria e prática, bem como o desenvolvimento de habilidades.

Abstract:
The Emergency Care Unit is made up of non-hospital health units that establish the relationship between basic health units and the hospital network. The objective was to report the experience of nursing students during curricular internship in an Emergency Care Unit in the municipality of Iguatu. This is a descriptive study, of the experience report type carried out in 2017, during the curricular internship of Nursing in the Process of Caring for Adults in Clinical and Surgical Situations. It was observed that many consultations are not considered urgent and emergency. Among the activities carried out during the internship, risk classification, medication administration, discussions regarding the structure and functioning of the service, as well as the elaboration of an intervention plan for the problems observed can be mentioned. Three interventions were suggested, namely, informing the population about the purpose of the Emergency Care Unit, the flow of the service and training professionals in IT. The internship enabled the association between theory and practice, as well as the development of skills.
